You really think they'd press that much for RSD? It's not like they wont be pressing it on black vinyl, but you're right.. it's going to sell.

This will probably be the most pressed vinyl for RSD. I'd say over 10k copies.

Yeah best thing to do is give the store more work to do... i'm sure they don't have enough. And what about people who live in large cities? What if 30 records get sold to the same city?

As much as I hate to suggest this, you could make it a lottery. You take x amount of pre orders and when you get x amount of records you randomly select from the people who have placed orders. Ultimately a true fan who got in line first might get screwed and someone might get lucky. It just eliminates the "I got there first to sell this" problem.

Well now there's one less copy available. I also Highly recommend Golden Boots! some tripped out alt/country/folk rock. I seriously love those guys and love every single on of their albums. I wish more people knew about them and could appreciate them. One of my favorite bands.

Both Salad days have shipped. I talked to another store and they said the represses should be arriving in store in about a month.

My DL code works. And I looked on the discogs page and it didn't ave the matrix run out listed for the EU pressing. Just the bar code.

Every time I go to a post office I have to ask for tracking for Media Mail and then they charge me extra, but whatever. I usually try and do it online now.

Mine was so warped that I couldn't get it to play.. so I got on the placement list and I figured i might as well try and get this copy to play. So i left it on my warm receiver and put my printer on top of it. It was still warped but not as bad. After i adjusted the weight of my tone arm to apply slightly more weight, I was able to get it to play. Not ideal, but at least I could listen to it on vinyl. It sounded fantastic.

I've seen them at multiple record stores over the last few weeks... even in Urban Outfitters.
