So... No preorders this year? I feel like in years past they have started by now.

I did contact Mark. Three times. First time, I got a 1 sentence reply that they didn't follow through on. The 2 other follow up emails had no response. He may be a good guy but his customer service is lacking.

I'd love to see this correct packing first hand... But alas, they won't ship me the record I ordered and all I have is silence from them. This silence is not packaged and handled correctly.

They responded to 1 of 3 I sent them but the response to the 1 was a flat out lie!!! They are terrible.

Don't worry.. You aren't missing much. They have horrible customer service and questionable selling practices. I would shop elsewhere. There are so many other places that are better.

You are correct.. I snagged a second copy through the general onsale for vault 3 and they went fast. I'm guessing they just put up whatever they have left from rounding up their order at the pressing plant. For example: If 9750 pre-orders, they probably order 10,000 and sell 250 to non-members.

If they show in stock, I would try calling them and get a live person to help. I have a feeling,based on my experience and the stories others have told, that their system forgot about or glitched the orders once this extension nonsense kicked off. Just a guess. But I bet having a live person look at it is what got me back on track... for what it's worth.

Rho.. It might be worth one last call if you still want it cause its free, etc. If it shows in stock right now, give a call and it might get one shipped to you. I was waiting forever for my I & III and eventually they both showed in stock online. I waited a day and no movement so I called and they gave me the "what a coincidence you called, they are marking them to ship today!" They shipped the next day. FYI

I finally received III today to complete my order and although the wait was loooong, I am more than happy to have gotten Zep III for free. FYI...All 3 records were shipped via different methods and speeds so it's possible they are filling orders from outside their company. In the end, a great deal! Records sound great to me and I'm happy to finally have them in my collection

It's more than worth $99 bucks... great boxset.

I finally got to listen to this vinyl and like the other recent Jemp's (junta, lawn boy, etc), it's a top notch pressing and sounds fantastic! Like Junta, when I first heard Bowie on vinyl, I'm hearing nuances and details to the songs that I had never picked up on before. Great vinyl and great weekend of Phish NYC!

It's worth the hassle if you are not in a hurry to get them and if they deliver all 3 records (or at least a free one). I was willing to wait for mine if it meant that I got 1 album for free. I received Zep II today. Seems like once they ship, it only takes a day or 2 to arrive which is cool. It arrived in great condition and I will give her a spin later. Still waiting on I & III... supposed to ship today so we'll see.. fingers crossed.

I got shipping notice on Zep II yesterday but nothing for I & III. I checked my account and although they list them with tracking, they still say processing. At least something is moving but what a pain. B&N is really a mess with vinyl fullfillment.

probably not... they said it was a JEMP release. Picture of Nectar would be Elektra. I'm guessing something ala Two Soundchecks.. maybe a 7 or 10" of soundcheck material. or maybe, just maybe (ohhh please be) Tahoe-eezer from last year! That's my number 1 hope. Whatever it is, it will be a good excuse to get out to the island early and get settled for the night. Looking forward to the hometown shows.

I ordered Zep I, II, III Deluxe versions and my status still says expected ship date 6/24... no movement or change since 6/2. Sigh...

it will let me add them to my cart but it says expected ship date in 1-2 weeks... so I'm guessing they don't have them. At least I hope not since I got the same email this morning telling me to extend the order or have it canceled. And of course, the link to extend the order seems to be broken so nothing happened and I had to call... sigh.

I got the delay emails from B&N for all 3 Zep deluxes. No timeframe given for delivery. I'm not so worried about waiting as I am about losing the buy 2 free 1 promo because they can't fulfill the order within 30 days. Edit: my order now says expected ship June 24th, which I'm sure is just some random date. That would be 30 days.. Which is their stated order cancelation date. D'oh!

I got mine in from DFA today. Packaged very well. Spinning now and so far it sounds great! I'm definitely glad I picked one up.

Thanks for the tip guys! I got all 3 deluxes from B&N for $85 shipped! I had all 3 on order with Amazon for $124 so that's a huge score. Cheers!

Did anyone who ordered the box set from DFA receive it yet? I got shipping notice on the 12th but no movement... just curious.
