  1. I have 2 copies on order. Both shipped the same day and followed the same path and timeframe until 10/2 when 1 was delivered to my local post office and delivered the next day and the other has gone to another post office in a different city and hasn't updated since. Doh! How long do I give it until I started contacting Ten Club and USPS?? I know mail innovations sucks but this is ridiculous.
  2. I ordered a copy from Best Buy a while ago and should have shipped yesterday. I got a "your item is back ordered until 10/4-10/10" or some shit from them instead. Bummer! I wonder why only a few copies made it to market so far?
  3. Bout time. Super lame that they are over 2 weeks behind and no update email from SRC. Not impressed.
  4. I don't have any issues with my copy. I think it sounds great. I have the Purple colored version.
  5. I think copyright is actually life of author +70 years now. Before 1978, it was 95 years from the date the work was originally published. If memory serves me...
  6. I emailed them yesterday actually. They were fast with a response. Just not so fast with fullfillment.
  7. Yeah... SRC are slackers when it comes to getting the pre order out. You are right.. It should have shipped by now but hasn't for me. It shows as in stock on the website but my order still says awaiting shipment blah blah. I emailed them and got a pretty snarky response that "this item is a pre order and will ship next week. " Well, that's not much of a preorder if you ship the item AFTER its release date and AFTER you have it listed as in stock!!! Not impressed by ShopRadioCost-y.
  8. I had no problem earlier today purchasing. However, their tax calculation system was down so it said I would get tax added later... That was weird! But the order went through no problem.
  9. My codes have pretty much been like clockwork. I get the cancel email one day saying the codes coming and I always get the code the next day.. The only thing different is the arrival time.
  10. Anyone have any experience using the codes for a pre-order item? I'm thinking of using a couple on a record that is a preorder and doesn't ship till 9/24 and I'm worried if the date gets bumped or something , that I will lose the codes. Any tips appreciated. Thx.
  11. I hear ya.. But I actually kind of hope they do something live instead. Like "Tahoeezer" spread on 2 sides of a 12" or something! That would be luscious!!!

  13. Got mine in the mail today too... Very well done packaging and I like the sleeve. Screen printed I gather? Anyway, excited for a listen. I'm impressed with the personal letter as well! Impressed over all so far. 23/100
  14. How many open orders at once have people maxed out at? All records I have ordered I would be happy to have if they ship...
  15. Thanks Zuck! Yeah.. I got an email about back order @ 7/4 for the items so this was a second notice that specifically said if they can't find it by 7/18, they will cancel the order. I hadn't heard anyone mention the pre-cancel email. Guess ill see what happens 7/18.
  16. My first time trying this.. I've got 2 records on back order and just received a heads up email from Best Buy saying they still can't find them and will cancel the orders on July 18th unless I choose something different. Question: is this email the precursor to getting the $10 code? Have others, who have gotten discount codes, received these warning emails before the item is cancelled? And then gotten codes? Finally, how quick do the codes come after cancellation usually? Thanks in advance for any tips!! And thanks to VC for the BB tip in general.

  18. Yes.. at least for me. I had 2 records on 1 order and recieved them each a day apart. No notice or anything. Their shipping and fullfillment has been strange to say the least this year.

Apparently this was total BS as I ordered the album from the site while still in stock, got an Order Received very early after it was onsale and then proceeded to watch the in stock drop over the next day or so (it still showed in stock at 1 store the next morning) while my order never changed status. 3 days later, I now get a flurry of emails from Bullmoose saying my order has been canceled because they sold more than they have. Ugggh! Not happy as I read these responses from Bullmoose and took them for their word and waited on buying from other sources. I'm really disappointed in the misinformation and poor sale practice on this one.
