  1. Paring down my collection a lot. Here is my first cursory pass. More to come. Now, Now - Neighbors RSD ($25) Shaun of the Dead - Black ($22) Shaun of the Dead - SS ($55) The Flaming Lips - Peace Sword ($12) Solaris - Invada 180 gram black ($35) Batman Begins - black ($45) Batman Begins - orange ($32) Daniel Johnston - Fun RSD ($22) Broken Bells - Holding on for Life RSD ($12)
  2. Anyone have any guesses as to the Loser Edition run number? The wording makes it sound like maybe an open pre-order but that could just be ambiguous.
  3. Running list of things that I would like to sell. Feel free to make an offer on anything. Big Twice - Push > Start (10" of remixes from classic video games and part of a LARGE full color video game art book) - $35 Daniel Johnston - Fun (RSD) - $20 Miles Davis Sextet - Someday My Prince Will Come - $20 The Flaming Lips - Peace Sword - $10 Broken Bells - Holding On For Life (12" Single) - $10 Hanz Zimmer - Batman Begins (Orange) - $30 Hanz Zimmer - Batman Begins (Black) - $45
  4. Heck yes. Been waiting for a new album for awhile. If it gets back at all to the Rhumb Line sound, it will kill.
  5. I really like it, actually. Really good pressing and a digital download.
  6. Not the entire thing, but I assume that you know about this... http://www.amazon.com/Dessner-Carolyn-Greenwood-Limited-Edition/dp/B00HNR3YDI
  7. Download card, you say? Now that's a first for Koz records recorded in this millennium. Will be interesting to see if that becomes a trend. Especially a lossless download which isn't even really available for most things direct from Caldo Verde.
  8. Listening to Ocean Beach first. Might as well be digital, it's so clean. I don't recall hearing a single PPP or crackle and that's without a cleaning.
  9. Got mine in today as well. Down Colorful Hill seems to be spelled correctly everywhere that I can see.
  10. My RHP singles are saying Jersey City as well, two days away. Knowing USPS, I doubt it, but they're not too far geographically, so...
  11. Umm, just to be clear, it is my understanding that The Last of Us is NOT for sale at SDCC. They're showing off what it will look like but they likely didn't have it ready in time. It's going up for sale later this month.
  12. Better to term this that the records would be "in print" or not, vs. limited/unlimited. As well, some of these releases may be unlimited pre-order but not an unlimited run count. So 4AD might take pre-orders for months, then tack on an extra 1,000 and that's the run. But unlimited puts an image in my mind of Koz records being pressed again and again on a regular basis, and I'm not sure that's plausible.
  13. BULL !MOOSE! Can't even count how many pre-orders they've come through for me on this year alone. All except for the Vinyl Films box...
  14. Given that they've been up for many days now, and they appear to be unlimited pre-orders, I think they'll be up for a while longer. Also, they don't ship until August/September, so like GotG, I'm not sure that you can combine any shipping with an actual Mondo release.
  15. I dunno...so far, I'm liking this better than Benji. Almost an Admiral Fell version of Benji.
  16. So, for eight songs...have you SEEN the lyric sheet for this album?! It's like a novella.
  17. Well, get on back out there and pick it up and ship it to me in exchange for currency!
