I just finished preparing the file for Live Charlotte NC 2016 for burning to cd in .WAV format deliciousness.This show, by the way, is certain to go down as one THE finest bootleg recordings of TOOL ever. I split it into two files, or essentially in half, so it can be burned onto two discs. I also did a very, and I mean very slight pass over the file in a mastering software to ensure a great sounding cd. Just let me me know if you want, and I will be happy to link you up.

For anyone on the fence. There have been several knowledgeable reviews on these (Fremer etc).
They are said to very good sonically. The only thing that has been said (a few times) to be better are the original UKs. If you have "A Nice Pair" US edition, it is piss poor in comparison to these Piper and Saucer releases.
 
Also, people have had complaints about dishing/warped records from the US press. The UK (done at Optimal) has been pretty much flawless. It was also cheaper to order from UK.
 
 
PF will be releasing EVERY studio album. These are all done by Bernie Grundman, so you KNOW they are bound to sound fantastic, even if you had any doubts to begin with.

No, you're not clueless because you think the packaging isn't worth $40. You're clueless for thinking you are paying $40 for an LP in a black plastic bag. You're also clueless if you paid $40 for it.
But if you complain about a black bag on WYWH, then you obviously have no idea what you are even talking bout, nor do you even belong in this thread if you have nothing knowledgeable to contribute.

When STP announced their singer search, I laughed at first, and then thought why? THEN, my good womans friends teamed up, bought me an hour of studio time and told me to enter the thing. I did the recording in one take and felt that it was more of my own personal tribute than really seeking, or even wanting to actually be chosen lol, but I did it. Here is a link to a video I made of my own version of Trippin' On A Hole In A Paper Heart. I purposely made the guy recording me make my vocals more up front. I always felt the original song, although great, had Scott pushed too far back in the mix.  This was done in all resoect for the band and Scott R.I.P.
