Official OST and Film Score Thread

The red edition is limited to 2000 and it sounds as if there are less colored records than usual making their way stateside with this release. -
Agreed, Chardee, but it does stink to buy from them. I love their label and I love that they distribute other labels' releases that we can't get in the USA. That said, even taking into account that everyone suffers from LPs damaged in transit to some degree and that it comes from overseas, DWRC routinely experience more damage due to their horrible mailers. There are some other UK companies that suffer from similar issues, but none that present such a spectacular package at such a premium price continue to use such sad excuses for packaging.

Death Waltz and One Way Static were set to put Cannibal Holocaust up for preorder tomorrow as a joint release. They've just announced that it is being postponed until February 2015 so that Mondo can release it to North America with an exclusive sleeve/variant combination. I guess this is the first result we've seen of DWRC joining Mondo.

They are distributed here, but they don't have a retail front such as LITA so you would have to buy from a storefront and can expect to pay about the same as you would importing the records yourself. Maybe a little less, but with the package discount and the half off shipping, I'd wager it'd come out the same. Plus this way you can choose your vinyl color yourself. -

$40 for an import 2LP set (with shipping) isn't that bad considering the current market, but it is pricier than is commensurate with my interest in the music. It is a completist's dream though. Nothing was left out and, according to their label head, this was Invada's most expensive release(s) to license, produce, and distribute.
