  1. Fact not opinion. Yes. I emailed them this morning and they said exactly that. I suppose that's why it is plastered on the item page in red writing.
  2. Mondo is releasing one version and DWRC\OWS is releasing another. Makes sense since that was the plan DWRC\OWS delayed their original November release to February after learning that Mondo has the USA rights.
  3. Yep. Angela's Theme is starting to ship. That means Scabners\The Brood is on its way, too.
  4. First thing in the morning here, Andrew, so don't take my word alone, but I believe it was confirmed that all the copies of JP popping up at retail were black.
  5. All three are doing it simultaneously with at least 2 different packages. Unclear if DW and Mondo will simply issue one version together or if they will have separate releases. OWS still has their own. This is supposedly a big collaboration. I wonder if the mastering is the same and the pressings done in the same plant or if it is just a coordinated release in different territories and each version has been individually produced and manufactured?
  6. Looking sharp. This is one of those scores like, The Visitor, that isn't on everybody's radr, yet it should be. An absolute cracker and a holy grail item for a lot of (horror) score collectors. I'll be interested to see if there will be different artwork and\or variants for Mondo, DWRC, and OWS.
  7. If this was a GoT storyline, that's exactly what would've happened.
  8. Sweet Jesus, guys. You are the best. I was just fucking around because that lot\price was ridiculous; those aren't my records. I would've come back and set the record straight sooner, but got distracted by the Superbowl. Leave it to this thread to make me feel shame for mocking others. Damn you Mondo Thread!
  9. Look, man, no one is angry. All I've been trying to ask is if you know of an ALIEN tp and, if so, how. Everything else is self explanatory. Except for being mistaken about the ALIENS tp. I know for certain that exists. Bingo. Confirmative.
  10. My OWS subscription edition was filled through LITA who, as always, has badass packaging. My understanding was that, except for a few that sold through OWS in EU, the Clive Barker was exclusive to and filled by his cybermart.
  11. Right, but have you seen or heard of an ALIEN tp? Because I've not heard of one and I'm certain that an ALIENS tp has popped up. That is the only point I was trying to clear up.
  12. Make no mistake, I'm not saying this isn't going to be released as a score, just that I believe ALIENS is the test pressing richardp was referring to. And good eye by the bye!
  13. Not a huge Stout guy, but that's not a bad poster at all. One quibble: I believe it was ALIENS that has been confirmed via a test pressing not ALIEN.
  14. Cannibal Holocaust is a three way release with Mondo, DWRC, and One Way Static. I believe that is supposed to be coming in February, but it could be announced sooner.
  15. That was the original title of the film. It was changed at the zero hour to "Return," but not until after teaser posters were made and distributed.
  16. Steve Moore has said his score would be getting a vinyl pressing. I would've guessed that would be a good one for DWRC's Originals imprint, but I've actually heard that Mondo is handling it so maybe it will be the soundtrack rather than the score. Perhaps a bit of both like Drive?
  17. I have all but four DWRC releases in both the subscription and deluxe (limited) variants. Which Howard Shore variant did you buy? They Live is available at LITA for $20 (I think). The variant for sale on Mondo is unlikely to appear again since it was originally a DWRC store exclusive and they put the remaining copies up for sale yesterday. Same with POD, H2, and H3. I can't speak for Mondo (they have always given me great customer service), but that New On Vinyl policy seems to be a way to simply reduce returns on their end. They are saying you have to be physically present to refuse a delivery (inconvenient or impossible) or package and return it yourself (costly and inconvenient) as opposed to simply sending an email after you get buyer's remorse? I'd bet those physical return numbers pale in comparison to their email cancelations. As long as it doesn't deter purchasing, that sounds like a smart, if heavy handed, business decision.
