I originally thought about the retweet thing too. And maybe it's the case. But that assumes that all to nearly all of those retweets were vinyl enthusiasts that were big enough LCD fans to spend $15 on a single sided 7". I'm still skeptical that's the case.

It's limited to 1000 "worldwide". They weren't selling them all on DFA. You'll have plenty of chances to pick this up

I finally received mine on Thursday. I live in Oklahoma and somebody on here that lives in Kansas received theirs weeks before me. I don't think there is any rhyme or reason to when you receive them

While I agree on you with the rest is the white really more limited? Lots of first 200 on color vinyl on ITR and then later the band is selling them, etc

I would say it's closer to 80-20 for me in terms of ones that do and don't. I'm not getting pissed about anything. Drag City has the right to do as they please and I'm sure they've heard the no digital download complaint multiple times before and yet they still don't offer it. That tells me they aren't concerned with it and their business isn't hurting as a result. From my own opinion, I think it's cheap since they have the rights to the music and throwing an extra sheet of paper in an LP as a nice favor to their customers so we don't have to spend double on format purchases isn't too unreasonable to expect whether it's 50-50 or 80-20 elsewhere in the industry. Personally, it's the only reason why I haven't purchased more LPs than I have from them. But once again, they have the right to run their business however they want and they don't seem to be hurting for business.

If the majority of record labels gave you free vinyl when you bought digital files, yeah you'd probably get the same complaints if you didn't.

This is the only reason why DC isn't one of my favorite labels. No download code is cheap.

Sweater is sort of maroon. It's $35 I believe. It might be $25. I know it's $10 more than the t-shirt. He was also selling the yellow cassettes two nights ago.
