Does the original non-Epitaph pressing sound any different than the second one?

For the first 4 or 5 seasons, the show was amazing. Then it got kinda lame and dragged on for too long, not resolving key plot points, i.e. Mulder's sister.

Yeah, it just didn't have any of the magic of the show, and they concentrated too much on the Mulder/Scully relationship. It was just bland bland bland. Leoben from Battlestar Galactica is in it, though.

And all I can come up with is a resounding "MEH".
