thetrackt got a reaction from aju2streets in (PO Soon) FUZZ - II 2XLP 10/23/15
Can we chat about how the first Fuzz LP was pretty just-okay? I mean, in terms of psychy garage rock there are way more bands that make actual good songs, some of them are even on ITR.

thetrackt got a reaction from 213041284s in Taylor Swift - 1989 2xLP
Jesus, coldplay and Band of Horses records and you guys are wetting yourselves?
That is pretty much the handful of records that most quasi-quasi record collectors have in their 'collections'.
I fail to see how this is impressive in any way whatsoever, there isn't even a record on the Crosley. Laf.

thetrackt reacted to Neanderthal in Sunn O))) - Black One (Repress)
Physically, and in terms of packaging, I think Souther Lord wins. I have the Black One repress, and man it is just so sturdy and and worth every penny.

this is one of those records where everything from the music to the interview to the layout and design was so intentionally thought out and well-done. the pinup style of the record layout and the printed sleeves and picture labels are perfect. one lp of music, one of a ridiculous interview. this is a perfect example of how to appreciate every facet of a record.
