My order number was CHVR1061.
I can't imagine them selling 1,000 that quickly, so that should include the signed postcard, right?
-
I'm so down for these. I regret not buying No Line a few years ago when it was relatively cheap at $30.
I messaged Bull Moose on Twitter and they said they'd have pre-orders up as soon as they're officially announced in the US.

No movement here, but they charged my card. So.....?
They charged my card the day I got the initial notification almost a month ago now.

Has anyones tracking info changed since Rough Trade said they’re shipping out the second half of the orders? 5 days later and my tracking still looks like shit.
Nothing here. I honestly forgot about it until now

If Wikipedia is right and the album is over an hour it seems awfully long for a single LP. Hopefully it's spread across two

The sounds of entitlement. Take a deep breath and employ some patience.
I don't think it's entitlement. Anyone posting on here should understand that pressing delays are a thing, and especially when it's not new material like Live At Rough Trade, I don't really mind waiting an extra month or so. The problem is the lack of communication. A simple email sent out to those that ordered it explaining they'd be shipped in batches as they arrived would be enough.

Some of you guys whine way too much. How long have you been collecting records? How many labels or Discogs sellers always reach out when things are a bit delayed? Do you think that Rough Trade is going to jump at the chance to do something like this again when they have been subjected to a barrage of email that reeks of entitlement? Don't worry kids, your precious 12" of vinyl will eventually show up so that you can brag that you have something that someone else doesn't so that you can feel superior for about 12 minutes.
If a pressing is delayed any other distributor or label would usually communicate that. Bull Moose, for example, never fails to send out an email anytime a release date changes.

I got the same canned response and told them it’s shitty customer service to have an issue like this and make your customers do the leg work to find out why.
Did they say anything to that?

Here's the response
"We're very sorry about the delay! Due to a manufacturing issue in the US (the UK stock was manufactured in the UK), our shipment was delayed. We received half of it today and we are feverishly packaging the first 450 orders in the order they were placed. To save time we processed the orders early so we could have all the shipping labels ready to go so as soon as the stock arrived, thus we could just box it up, label it, and get it out. I would check the tracking tomorrow to see if yours was one of the orders to make this first batch. Unfortunately, the remaining stock is not going to arrive until mid-January. We apologize profusely for the delay and hope you understand that filling these orders is a huge priority for us and we are doing everything we can to get them out ASAP. "

Well shit...has anyone received their record from the US store? Or even had a status update on when this sweet gem is going to ship?
Nope, I'm gonna email them today. That's ridiculous

Has anyone's tracking for Live At Rough Trade actually updated since you got the shipping notification?

Dammit, the money goes to charity so I won't go through all the trouble of reordering but that would've been nice to know earlier today
-
I messaged Bull Moose on Twitter asking if they'd have it and this is what they said.
"Totally guessing here, but I bet we will have it after they the charity has a good run with it. I think that's how it went with U2 a couple of years ago."
-
They just confirmed on Instagram that Don't Waste Your Wishes is coming soon too!

Couldn't find it on mobile, but do they ship from the UK or US?
Also sent the link to Amazon to see if they'll price match it

This is actually a really good Christmas album: Seth MacFarlane - Holiday for Swing ($2.99 + shipping)
Thank you! Aamzon has it for $10 something right now but this comes out to $8 with shipping
-
Goddamit, I hope that's a mistake but I'm sure it's not. I'd gladly pay $35 (which is still ridiculous), but I don't know why they're making every pressing of this priced through the roof. I'm not afraid of it selling out at that price, so I'll probably wait and see if any other retailers pick it up.
Edit * Over $70 w/ shipping and tax. No

I think the St. Vincent record is nice. I'd rather they included an actual patch rather than an iron on, but the booklet was a good extra. It's pretty on-par with their other releases in terms of packaging.
-
I got an email from Barnes And Noble and it says reputation is coming out December 8th, but its a 2xLP Picture Disc, for $45. Fuck that, hopefully that's an exclusive and not the standard.
I don't know why the link is so long

Just curious, how would BM know about pressing numbers if it's unavailable to them?
Passion is just okay but I'm into Seven Sticks of Dynamite. Can't wait to hear the whole album.
I have no idea, they could've asked the label who would give that information out to them, but that's what they told me
-
I asked Bull Moose on Twitter about the exclusive color and they said it was limited to 300.
* And it is a webstore exclusive

From what I discussed with Drew last night offline, sounds like Friday 11/10. He will double-check. I have a couple of FYE's near me when I'm out on the road...so will likely pop in one of them to check and buy if they have it.
Oh wow, it seems like if it's ready to go for the release date they'd have standard copies to pre-order too though? But who knows
-
Any release date on the FYE sign?
