yeah, those shows were just unfocused and sloppy more than anything but so were a lot of the shows when he was playing with The RA Killers, so it's unfair to blame Neal or Spacewolf (RIP) for that. you can wholly blame Neal for writing turds like Freeway to the Canyon though...

Does anyone know if they've started putting extra black and blues of the live series out to retail? I picked up a copy of the Divine Fits album from my local today and it was the standard sleeve with a black and blue split inside. Nice little treat after a trash day...

i have the attendee version of the Dead Weather live from Third Man which differs from the Vault version by having the normal Live From Third Man labels and comes in a plain black sleeve with my name on it

yeah, Almost Kills Me is the best sounding to these ears. the rest are trash that would be passable at $10-11/per album, but otherwise, completely unacceptable.

let's be honest here, i'm gonna buy this thing but not a second before i see a wavform, since all of their albums sound like ass on wax...
