I had a situation once, when buyer filled the claim saying that the record is scratched all over. It was brand new one. After few weeks (of waiting and blocked money on my account) and my requests to send me pictures and records back, he lost the case. Maybe the pictures made him pass or the shipping costs.. who knows. But in fact, seller has no rights here, I even couldn't leave negative feedback on that fucker (but I got one, instead).
