  1. Haha, I've already had a couple real tear up moments and I'm on episode 3.
  2. O.M.G. I thought this show was going to just be funny. You were right though, so many feels.
  3. Gah. I didn't know this was a thing and I want it. I don't have either of you trades though. Good luck!
  4. Ha! That's like when my mom would ask my friends and I what we were going out to do in high school and we'd tell her: "To score some heroine and get some hookers." She was not amused, but eventually stopped asking.
  5. Lloyd Center is the best place to check in Portland. If you ask the person at the counter very nicely, they'll call you when they're in and when they do you can ask them to hold one. They're very nice over there. I'm being too helpful in this thread. The secret code is:
  6. I think people really are just trying to help you out here. You can order online and do ship to store, yeah, you'll have to wait a little longer, my EOTS didn't get to the store until a week and a half after it came out, but you don't have to pay shipping, and you're guaranteed to have it rather than taking a chance if you really want it that badly.
  7. Douglas. Douglas. Douglas. Douglas. Douglas. Douglas. Douglas. Douglas.
  8. Most places its more like a thai peanut sauce, some places do more of a straight up PB. I like both though! The Killer Burger one has PB, pickles and bacon. It's....incredible. Right? Killer Burger is the joint. There was a while there where wifey and I were going once a week. Derek. You've got to get out of that town. Burgers4lyfe.
  9. Was it you that said something or had something on IG about that show Derek on Netflix? I'm watching it now because I saw that. So far, so good. That's a bummer I've heard they're pretty shitty about stuff like that.
  10. Hey everyone. I. Love. Burgers. Ever since I was a young lad they've been my favorite food. I know as a grown-ass adult I should probably like something else more, but I don't. Come in here to talk about your favorite burger. Recipes, post 'em. Favorite burger someplace? Tell us. I'd really like to know good places to go to get burgers too! I'll start it off. Here in Portland, OR there are a couple great places to get burgers. Killer Burger: Awesome burgers here, great fries too! I like their Jose Mendoza, Black Molly, and Peanut Butter burgers best. Wifey is partial to the classic. Produce Row: This place has other good stuff too, but I loooooove their house burger or whatever it's called. It has some kind of mustard-y sauce on it that is awesome. Again, great fries. Little Big Burger: Almost sliders here, but they're still 1/4 lb patties. Their ketchup used to be better before they started making their own actual "ketchup" part. It used to be Heinz mixed with honey and sriracha...omg. So good. I actually think I like swiss on my burgers here. I'm drawing a blank right now, but I'll add more when I remember them! I'd like to try Boogie's Burgers. If anyone has been there, lemme know what's up. Your burger buddy, John
  11. Somebody in the Glassjaw - Worship and Tribute thread dropped a link to amazon that they're pre-ordering the reissueat $10 and some change. So. Y'know. Buy it? Also, good morning Slogan.
  12. Yeah, me too. Any price over that I probably wouldn't have ordered this record...but that plus Grimes - Visions for $25 ppd is too good for me to pass up. EDIT: I mean...it's a good record, don't see myself listening to it too often though.
  13. Whoa. That does sound good (minus blueberries of course, I'm not a fan of those guys.) Also, I live here in Portland and had never heard of Blue Star...that...looks...ridiculous, I'm going to check that out asap. EDIT: Checking out their instagram...food porn. That's exactly what it is. I'm practically drooling.
  14. Mmmmm! I love those, but I'm looking at getting a buttermilk bar with maple frosting, I think...
  15. Looks suspiciously like just a waffle with a hole in it...I'll give you the benefit of the doubt though. It does look good. I had no idea today was donut day. I'll have to run out after work and grab some goodies! Thanks for the heads up
  16. If you can't see the scratch, but your record is popping or skipping, it may just need a good cleaning. Check out the cleaning thread; I don't remember if it's in this sub-board or over in the turntable one. Just a dry clean will not remove the debris that causes a skip like this. I understand that it is a new record and people expect them to play perfectly, but often there is residue from the pressing plant that can get packed into the grooves, so small you may not see it. It's sounding like that may in fact be your problem.
