i called and asked what they had on clearance and the guy was like uhh hold on..so he put down the phone and went to the vinyl section and i could HEAR him talking shit "is this guy serious?! its like hes asking me to tell him every single band shirt weve got, what an ass" he got back to the phone and i was like....dude, im not asking much, like for you to tell me every band shirt or something, im coming from a long way away and im not gonna come just for a couple twilight soundtracks. and hes like "you can always look online on the website see if theres any on there" i just hung up on him, drove an hour and 15 minutes, got some records, and then 5 minutes before they closed RIPPED through the clearance shirts and made a fucking mess. that will teach him to talk shit! You're a fucking tool.

Canada Post probably stole your package once USPS sent it over! Oh gosh, dont even get me started on Canada POST! Once they told me packages from Canada (Toronto) to the USA (midwest) were traveling there by boat!!! Apparently they think all Canada to us shipments travel to the US by boat. ShopRadioCast used to ship all packages via canada post until we relocated to Niagara Falls, ON/NY. And I think we had about 20 paypal disputes a week. The average international package would take 4-8 MONTHS!! NOT EVEN JOKING. Now we only ship Canadian Orders from within Canada using Canada post. They come with tracking numbers and are usually on time. But to answer your question, in this situation yes we would have just sent you a new product, coughed up the expense or insured your package and received a refund that way. I work in Niagara Falls, you should let me come over with some cash and browse(I'm nice and I don't smell bad), or at least place orders and do local pick up instead of paying for shipping.

I went there to check this out and was pleasantly surprised by the Dropdead represses.

Also, I'm interested in anything Wu or Duck Down, as well as anything Busta Rhymes, RA the Rugged Man and Redman.

I ordered the I Refuse 12" from that label. The preorders shipped in October, I didn't receive anything. I e-mailed him in November, on 11/24/2009 I got a response saying mine will ship out the next day, that's the last I heard from him and I never received a record. Pretty much everybody that I know of from Canada who ordered the I Refuse record never received it.
