Lol, irrational? Okie dokie. Irrational to me is taking three of the best albums in that box set (which are also first presses btw) and selling them because you probably spent too much money buying doubles of blink or brand new albums that you'll just end up flipping on eBay anyway. Which is why I posted. That's my only problem with buying the set, to just keep a certain few. Either sell the set as a whole, or not at all. Someone trying to sell those very three? Coincidence? Yeah, right. Also, kess, if you dig 182 and their 200 splitter splatter releases, then great! Not my cup o' tea, but that "the good, the bad, and the queen" is ;-)

So as a result, we are working on details for two separate vinyl releases: MTV Unplugged 1991 and MTV Unplugged 2001. From the way i read it, the '1000' he's speaking of is part of the original 3000. I dont think they sold 3000 on rsd, so i believe this is some they held back, and some just for DFA and a select few distributors/stores. Sorry.

Kris from DFA said yesterday that he thought there was around a thousand on what you can get from them, some other stores, before the 20th. Glad i made the right decision price wise to pick it up on RSD.

I am aware DFA puts out colored vinyl. I was referring more towards LCD vinyl. Every one I've seen is black. So, I agree with you, but I will still 90% rule it out, lol.

I paid 110 on Saturday. Also, it appeared as a presale for a very short amount of time (don't even think it was a day) on SoundStage 3-4 weeks before RSD. Someone happened to be trolling it at the time it flashed. Said it was 69.99. I don't see this being a colored vinyl thing, unless maybe white. James is into black. I see this being out of the original 3000. I know stores had a bunch, but mine only had a couple each

on the DL card included, James left a message saying it would never be released on CD. It didn't say anything about vinyl on wide release, but from the info floating around, I would think it would include vinyl. Vinyl/Digital release is my guess in May
