  1. I keep thinking about getting rid of all of mine and just buying vinyl from now on but every time i think about it I remember a cd that I don't want to part with. Plus a lot of the stuff I have hasn't been pressed on vinyl. Or it's been out of print for so long that I can't afford to get it on vinyl.
  2. Not sure I can pick just one. Some ones that stand out are: Saves The Day/Circa Survive/Moneen/Down To Earth Approach at El Corazon in Seattle spring 06. I left completly stunned. Gatsbys American Dream/Bear Vs Shark/Circa Survive/The Fall Of Troy at El Corazon in Seattle sometime in 04. New Found Glory/Reggie and The Full Effect/Eisley at El Corazon in Seattle in 05. Place was packed and everyone was going fucking nuts. I got to scream along with Chad durring Singled Out. Amazing. Brand New/Senses Fail/The Beautiful Mistake/Moneen at Slim's in San Francisco in 03. The first time I got to see a show at a smaller sized club. The Blood Brothers/Against Me!/True North at Neumo's in Seattle. The first time seeing both bands and the first show i went to after moving to Seattle.
  3. MxPx-Secret Weapon 2x LP Gatefold. Poison The Well-You Came Before You(red) I just ordered Minus The Bear-Planet Of Ice from Revhq but I'm not sure which color. They didn't say which ones they had.
  4. I love the soundtrack for the new Hairspray. I love the movie itself as well.
  5. I saw A New Found Glory play "Minor Threat" which was pretty awsome. My friend gave me a mix tape with a live song of Matt Pryor playing "Hey Ya" which is hands down one of the funniest things I've ever heard.
  6. Just found out that Eyeball Records is going to be releasing this in October. Has anyone heard pressing info/colors?
  7. you know, the vast majority of the stuff that has come out this year has seemed kind of hollow. Even some of the stuff I've enjoyed(boys night out for example). I think a huge thing(at least with me) is how much you build a album up before hearing it for the first time. The more excited I get to hear something the more let down I seem to be.
  8. Dude Scott we all know you are awsome and work at a big cool magazine but you don't have to make all of us feel bad about our shitty jobs. A Wilhelm Scream, JEW, and Thrice!! If only I could have a job where I could listen to rad music before it comes out.
  9. I've always loved Mxpx's cover of KKK Took My Baby Away.
  10. I think they are great. Really good live too.
  11. No one really. All the bands that I would like to collect either have a really huge/expensive dicography that it sort of discourages me from trying since I don't have tons to spend on vinyl at the moment. My top bands that I someday hope to complete are Less Than Jake(I won't hold my breath on this one though), Saves The Day, and The Get Up Kids.
  12. Yeah I wish I had gotten this as well. It's a great album.
  13. I'll defend Third Eye Blind till I die. I've always loved everything they've done. I go with the Fall Out Boy as well although the new cd is pretty horrible. I was lucky enough to get From Under The Cork Tree on gold vinyl. I dig Smash Mouths first cd as well.
  14. Dude you should deffinetly get them. Finch is out of 1000 I think.
  15. great escape. That sucks about the bronchitis. I've had it really bad a few times. Feel better man.
  16. Should I add more "u" vowels? Oh that Scott Heisel's a silly little bitch.
  17. I randomly search google for vinyl sites and this was one of the first few that came up. Virgil made such a rad site that I just had to stay.
  18. digital ash, wide awake, and lifted are all really good. Cassadaga is sorta boring though. Conor's talented but he sure seems like a prick.
  19. i have no information about it other than its out there somewhere. when i asked their bassist about it at warped tour, all he did was smile and say that i completely missed the boat on it, and they will probably never re-press it. they never pop up on ebay anymore either The only number that I ever heard for it was 1000 but I've got no clue if that's correct or not.
  20. This is even better than the ET Soundtrack picture disk that I saw the other week.
  21. I'm super dissapointed that there is no Seattle date. Last years Warped they did acoustic sets and it was amazing. Chris played the whole set on requests. One of the top 3 or 4 performances that I've ever seen for sure.
  22. I like any of these three. All seem pretty straight forward and easy.
