The claim window got extended to 6 months recently. And as he said, filing the claim will either net you a full refund or put Reaper's ass into gear and you'll get your records.

Today they refunded me! Glad it got sorted out.

Hey thanks man! I've definitely kept up with the forum for a while but I haven't had much to contribute. I'm happy for anyone who was able to snag one from this post. I truly hope they get pressed further so everyone can get one!

I haven't had to do this before so I'm asking for anyone's experience or advice. I, like many it seems, have had no help getting service from Reaper Records. They've emailed me back once to let me know one of the LPS I ordered was out of stock but have since not responded. I've sent emails, tried them through Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and nothing. It's been about 3 weeks now and I just want a refund so I'm thinking I'll have to file a claim via PayPal? If anyone can tell me what I can expect by going through with that I'd appreciate it. I've come to terms with the fact that I may not get all my money back, sadly.

Wow so I guess I was right to assume reaper isn't on top of there shit. I placed an order a few weeks ago and I emailed him because I hadn't received the records. He tells me one of the records I ordered was sold out and I could either pick something else or get refunded. I literally responded 2 minutes later and never heard back. I've emailed him a few more times to include this repress and I'm concerned at this point if I'll even receive anything. Damn this sucks.

Hey guys, sorry I'm a newb here so go easy on me.

I'll say first off I can be quite anxious BUT is it common for SRC to take so damn long to get an order out? Took them almost a month to get me a few in stock items and a pre order I placed like two months in advance arrived like 2 weeks after the date it dropped.

I'm just wondering, has anyone else experienced this with them?
