  1. Sooo I've got a 180g black on the way, but I'm really digging the splatter. Anyone interested in trading?
  2. The track is already streaming. B-side will be an acoustic version of "Devil's Work". Really excited to hear that. http://www.decibelmagazine.com/featured/streaming-uncle-acid-the-deadbeats-runaway-girls/ Last Rights Records has it up on their (his) store as well, if you want to avoid import shipping charges. http://lastrightsrecords.storenvy.com/collections/13102-all-products/products/2480040-uncle-acid-the-deadbeats-runaway-girls-7-colored-vinyl-pre-order
  3. I'm pretty sure they're just printing postage and getting everything else together if you ordered a bundle. I can't see them shipping out this morning if they were still waiting on the records from the label as of yesterday afternoon, but who knows. That's pretty much how I feel. After my initial listen, I took a step back and tried to go back into it with an open mind and not expect something along the lines of Sink or Swim/'59 Sound. Hell, some of Sink or Swim was written almost a decade ago. You can definitely see they're trying to break away from the generic chord progression from those albums; this one actually has some "riffs". It's a great album for what it is. Brian Fallon is just a phenomenal songwriter. "Dark Places" is quickly becoming one of my favorite songs they've ever written. It definitely has a '59 Sound vibe to it, albeit much darker in terms of lyrical content.
  4. Hoping this goes up on Nuclear Blast's US store. Really don't want to pay international shipping...
  5. I'd be interested to see how the new pressing of Intersections looks; the description definitely does sound more like color-in-color. I'd take those over splatter any day. Regardless, just excited for this album,
  6. It's just weird that the shadow on the ring finger is in the same exact place. I'd be more inclined to side with fair game if this was an actual picture, not user-created artwork.
  7. Can't find any information online on who did the artwork for Brainstorm. I'll have to take a look and see if it's mentioned on the insert for the record.
  8. Aside from being bitter over the cover, yeah, this song is pretty damn good. My interest is piqued. It's definitely a middle ground between their two albums.
  9. Totally bummed that they're using that image from the teaser video as cover art...it's a blatant rip off of this:
  10. It's just a bummer that some of the earliest written songs on Three Cheers were kind of tamed down a bit. If you look up old videos of "I Never Told You..." or "Thank You for the Venom" they were much more aggressive, and could have easily fit on Bullets. I remember seeing them live in 2003 and thinking how great those songs sounded. Once I heard the studio versions I was pretty bummed out that all of the screaming/shouting and crazy drum fills were nowhere to be found.
  11. Seriously, that Kiss Kiss album is so damn good. Can't believe there's still some left. It's cheaper now than it was for those who backed the Kickstarter too.
  12. Ah, for some reason I thought he had to acquire them as well. Trying to convince myself this repress will happen, I guess.
  13. Kiss Kiss just pressed their album Reality vs. The Optimists about a year ago that was released on Eyeball. They had a Kickstarter for it, and the goal wasn't too much, so I don't think it'd be too hard to get Bullets repressed. I definitely want that more than any other album in their discography, so I hope it happens. If not, I'll probably cave in a few months and buy one from the last pressing.
  14. Not sure if there's any interest, but I grabbed one of these for a friend when placing a large order at GoHastings. They changed their mind, and I don't want to deal with their return process. Still sealed, although the plastic is slightly ripped in the back. Figured I'd post it here before taking it to the bay or elsewhere. If you want it, PM me. $25 PPD.
  15. Yeah, unfortunately. Victory only uses FedEx, so it's pretty outrageous. Hot Topic will have a gold variant up on Tuesday, if you're near one and can do free ship-to-store. Although their cost will probably be equal to Victory's + shipping.
  16. Posted a link to this in the Get Hurt thread, as I wasn't sure there was enough interest to warrant its own thread. I do believe this is shipping now, so it's not a preorder. The variant looks like it'll come out pretty sweet: hopefully there's some darker blues in there to match up with the cover art.
  17. Slightly off topic, but didn't think it justified its own thread...SideOneDummy repressed Sink or Swim. It's on blue/white starburst, limited to 700. http://store.sideonedummy.com/bands/gaslight-anthem/tga-sinkorswim-vinyl.html
  18. It really is fantastic that this didn't end up leaking until a stream went up. This is such a great record; I echo the top 5 comment.
  19. Grade - Under the Radar is up on Victory's store. http://www.victorymerch.com/store/grade/vinyl Orange /110 Grey Putty /318 Clear Gold /665 (Notes "out of stock", HT variant was supposed to be gold, so I'm guessing that's why) This is an album I've been waiting for since I started collecting, so happy it's finally repressed.
  20. Seriously. I thought it would be up for at least a week or so. I'm guessing it was 100 of each? Not sure though. Were you able to grab a black at least?
  21. Shit...I did not expect them to move that fast. That fucking sucks. Edit: Looks like there's 3 copies of the black left too...Not sure if there's more on the way or not. It can't be a cart-hoarding situation, because I had a red in my cart when they sold out.
