Ya it was just a right place at the right time sort of thing. I actually wasn’ t even looking for Blue Chips at the time, as I had given that album little play in the past. But the price was too good to pass up. got the digital down load with the record , so I can listen in my car, and it has since really grown on me, it’s just a really fun album . I’d say it runs a really close second behind Dr. Lecter. I told the owner to contact me if he finds anymore gems in the wherehouse, if another Blue Chips comes up I’ll pass along the info to you.

I randomly met the owner of Chopped Herring Records. He told me they were clearing out an old wherehouse. So I asked him if they had some OG Dr. Lector. Anyways I knocked out a couple white whales in one transaction. Picked up: Action Bronson - Blue Chips (blue variant) Action Bronson - Blue Chips ( yellow variant Action Bronson - Dr. Lecter test press Your old Droog - S/T , red black variant and same week I got Dr. Lecter blk variant from another seller for a legit price. I had been looking for an affordable price Dr. Lecter for a couple years now. Crazy got all these rare records I’ve been looking for years now at great prices in the same week.

Damn I love this album, I Met Tim Williams out front of slims in San Francisco. He was very nice and talked to me and my buddy for like 30 min before their set . Def going to pick this up

AIC is one of the few bands that lose their singer and still sound good. I know it’s mostly do to Jerry but it worked. When I read this was coming out, I couldn’t help but think it’s time to hang it up, or at the least a name change. Don’t get me wrong I was/am a big STP fan but their some bad juju around them. Def an easy pass for me.
