This happened with my copy of the Ramones Leave Home. Skips on like the fourth track, but it never goes back to the song.

Never heard these guys till yesterday, and it's actually growing on me. This is $20 locally, so I'll probably grab it. Obviously has a good resale value, so I won't be stuck with it if I don't like it.

I listen to a lot of different genres, but funk isn't one of them. Sorry. I may be proving your point, but oh well. I live in a college town where every local band plays funk for some God awful reason. Even bands I enjoy, like Rage Against The Machine, have funk parts that bring down the overall song in my opinion. A lot of it also comes down to specific bands. I dig some Zep, Velvet Underground, what have you. But I fuckin hate Aerosmith and AC/DC. Thanks for the recommendations though.

Been getting shit for thinking like this my whole life. I dig early Zep, early Sabbath, and all the old punk and hardcore from the 70s and 80s. But that's pretty much it.

Just grabbed a copy of Circa Survive - Descensus at their show in Louisville. Stopped at Guest Room on the way and got Hard Candy Hearts (local band), Thursday/Envy split cover #2, and Title Fight- Shed. Good fuckin' day.

The only Crosley's I've ever seen looked like beat up suitcases from the 60s, so you're wrong. This thing makes them look like an Olds Cutlass that Ricky from Trailer Park Boys drove for eight seasons. Definitely not interested in buying it, but I don't know much about stereos, so I thought I'd point out that one is available on their site. It may be total shit, but someone who's very new to vinyl would save a lot of money getting that over. Crosley.

As with nearly all RSD releases, it lost its value quick. I don't care though. The music on that thing means more than any money could replace. That Dylan cover.

Straylight Run- Prepare To Be Wrong RSD 2013 red variant. The only copy I saw out of three shops in Bloomington. Funny story; my manager at the time walked in as I was paying for it, and was pissed I got the only one. By the end of the day, her boyfriend had offered me $30. By the end of the week, $50. I still have it, and won't get rid of it whatsoever. It isn't really worth a lot now, but its been a favorite of mine since I was a kid.

There's also a turntable on HT's website. Anyone know the legitimacy of it? It's cheap as hell.

If this is true, like 90% of these releases have fake pressing numbers.
