I never really followed Brand New, but I really love that album. I was actually listening to it earlier and wondering about the vinyl again.

Anybody buy them from Newbury Comics before? I told my friend in Boston I needed some and she said she'd pick them up from there before coming here next. Trying to decide what the best deal is.

Except in that bar where that guy paid 2 other guys to arrest his wife and tell his rich father in law that they'd return her for a ransom of $1,000,000 so that he could cover up that he has been embezzling money from his job at a car dealership!!!!!!!!!11111!!!!!

My local indie shop added a coffee shop to stay afloat. Dude is just starting to carry vinyl now. I used to be the only one who came in and ordered it.

That Weatherbox album is the business. I'd recommend. Super creative songwriting. edit : and they need to press it on vinyl.

Though Refused, At the Drive In, and Neutral Milk Hotel are 3 of my favorite bands of all time, I don't really care to see any of them reform.

I particularly approve of the Dismemberment Plan and Weakerthans tracks. Good show old man.

I found a bunch the last time I was there. Unfortunately I'm not familiar enough with Boston to be of much help. I know there were at least a couple on Newbury Street, not counting Newbury Comics.

I've got some stuff at home in my 'records to trade' stack. I'm in DC now so I'll get back to you when I hit Michigan again.

Perspective! I haven't listened to that record in years. It has some serious jams on it. Plus, I got it for a penny!
