What is the best way to figure out international shipping? I am going to be sending out several oversees so I wanted to figure out how to add Int. shipping to my webstore. I don't want to over or under charge. What kind of shipping do you use for oversees orders without charging a ridiculous amount?

I did and I have commented there a few times...and I just went back through it.... I skimmed right over the couple distribution comments when I was looking yesterday. Sorry for the duplication but thanks for the responses.

I am looking at distribution besides my online store, who have you guys had good luck with? Paying on time, scheduled payments, not ripping you off? There has been some talk of this but I wanted to see who I should avoid. RevHQ is one that I am looking to distribute through. Have any of you used them?

yeah. just because they are in a bigger city, doesn't mean they will have vinyl. they have always told me it has to do with square footage. If they don't think the store is big enough they won't do music.

Hey guys...I've had these 7"s forever and I am trying to find the pressing info. Dead format wasn't really complete. I've got the LTJ split with Kemuri and the cover is printed on the backside of a floodgate 7" cover and it's on a purple marble and I have G-man training target with a tan cover/blue print on a light purple marble Here are some pics.

Hey guys... The test presses are approved... so we are in the home stretch now. I am going to start putting the inserts in the jackets now so when the records get here they will be ready to roll out the door. I just got my order from magic bullet and I see they now ship the vinyl outside the sleeve. My release is nearing completion, and now I am wondering if I should do this too. I hate sleeve splits and this would probably be easier than sleeving all 500 records too. What do you guys think? Grant Bitter Melody Records

It may have been closer to 60 with shipping they are heavy. I can't remember exactly how much the shipping was...but the bags are 10cent each and they are good quality.

As far as poly bags go....No Idea makes them too. I ordered 500 poly bags for 56 bucks shipped. They aren't in the online order form....so you have to email them to buy them ..

don't forget the new limited pressing stores too...

Make sure you have money saved...like a few thousand dollars before you start. Also make sure you don't front money that you can't live without....just in case. I second the sticky nomination.

I kinda like the idea of just pressing things that haven't been pressed before, but you are right Yu. The sound on that picture disk wasn't great. It could definitely use a repress that isn't a picture disk. I don't even know if you could get in touch with anyone about it since Exit isn't a label anymore. The band might know how to contact them...
