Any comments on the sound quality of the repress?

Is it even possible to order online from Rough Trade Germany? They don't seem to have a store, and the record isn't up on their site yet.

Relapse having the color variants a couple dollars apart isn't new. It was the same way for Pig Destroyer. Paid a dollar or two extra to have the most limited /100
What variant was this?

You suck! I was hoping they were going to do something for this. But it was just you

The debut (and the better) album is also being pressed on a 2X LP, pre-order is up on Amazon.
Absolutely adore the space-rock influences on this, they strayed further away from that with every release, although " A Beautiful Lie " is by no means a bad record.

If anyone happens to still need One of Us is the Killer I have a copy of this pressing I can let go of because I got a copy of the screenprint variant. Paid retail for it back when it came out so I'd like to get about that back which would be about 18PPD. I don't care enough to start a proper sale thread but if someone here wants it before I take it to trade at my local let me know.
Sent you a message.

Adam D first spoke about this side project of his a few years ago, and people seem to have been very excited for it ( Myself included. )
They finally revealed a track, and it's absurdly heavy, wow.
Corpsegrinder tearing it up on vocals, Adam D bringing the riffs ( Mixing and producing as well? ) and Shannon Lucas destroying the drums.

Grabbed the clear. Stoked to see Tue Madsen has been working on this record.

Fucking welp... DEP is breaking up.

WHAT!? This is a very weird move, but would you really expect anything else from Dillinger?
- I'm taken quite aback by this, but at the same time, I can definitely understand it from Ben's viewpoint, I have so much respect for these guys, and to see them stepping back while at the top of their game is something that deserves an infinite amount of respect. This makes me incredibly excited for Dissociation, because it'd seem they've put their everything into this.

Yup. As much as I enjoy Pallbearer this is probably a pass for me. 1 previously released song and two covers? Meh.
I agree completely. The price also seems quite steep for one already released song and two covers. I do have a feeling it'll be a good release regardless, something to hold us over with while they finish up on their third full length, they appear to have been recording for quite some time.

I'll be all over this. Expecting nothing but the best from these guys.
Just look at that artwork. This record is going to be crushing.

I actually just got into this band 10 minutes ago, and went to check amazon for some of their stuff.
Turns out there's an EP up for pre-order on Amazon, featuring a remaster of a previously released track and two cover songs ( Black Sabbath, Type O Negative. )
Bet they'll nail these covers, especially Love You To Death should be interesting.
-
That Deathconsciousness reissue, is there any way for us europeans to get our hands on that for a reasonable price?
-
It definitely seems to be the case, if you take a glance at the charts of One of Us Is the Killer, it seemed to do quite well indeed.
-
Yup, I believe you're correct on this, they seem to be very into the small venues.
-
This album is going to crush. Dillinger's an unstoppable force. I'm telling you guys, we won't be ready.
Ben Weinman seems to be very pleased with it, as well. It supposedly brings back some of the sounds of the Calculating/Irony Is A Dead Scene days.

Just a preference....I like clear more than any other colored vinyl and find myself disliking gold variants somehow. Don't have any negative experience though...
I'm very into black and crystal colours, myself, but it seems Gojira is particularly fond of gold lately
Curious if Listenable is the label reissuing these, the last reissues supposedly sound phenomenal.

Damn, I can't stand gold vinyl...
I don't have any gold vinyl myself, but I will if I pick these up, which I plan to.
I'm curious as to why you can't stand gold vinyl, is it just a personal preference or is there more to it?

Apparently new represses are coming (already!) in november. This time in gold. Found these on emp, couldn't find them on listenable or anywhere else.

This made my evening, Gojira has to be one of the best bands going. (Except for Magma which sadly disappointed me immensely.)

Would this have been better if it had been 45rpm? Could someone explain the difference to me?
