yes. volcano would be amazing to have on vinyl. i didn't like s/t as much, but i would most likely get it if it was pressed too.

not trying to be redundant... but i received my BCD order sans slipmat today too.... record sounds good, just bummed about the slipmat. i held off on buying a barsuk one for $1 on record store day because i thought this one was on its way... oh well.

i'm still waiting on my translucent copy from season of mist... like some of you guys have said... i keep expecting to see it, but don't. such a good album... hope it comes soon.

Lifted is probably my all time favorite. But, Fever and Mirrors is a close second. I wonder if this version will have the actual mirror in the cover? I know some of the earlier pressing did. That's probably wishful thinking... But it would be cool!

ordered. it ended up being about 31 USD, which is pretty steep. but, its one of my favorite bright eyes albums. and limited to 1000. alas...

got my booster box today! Black with streaks 1/53 Pink 1/36 Not Orange 1/36 Yellow 1/26 Ghastly 1/3 i was actually REALLY jonesing for ghastly since it was the pokemon related color! so stoked.

i hope i get a han solo action figure, a test press and charizard holographic no shadow. wow. i just showed my nerd stripes.....

not i sir. the thrill of opening the box and having all the different colors is too cool to pass up. i suppose if i have any copies i want to part with i'll give them to my friends who also collect.

so, i've been collecting/listening to vinyl for over a year now. i have a pretty decent collection of rare stuff and whatnot, but more than anything i just love listening to my records. i've had a shitty crosby record player for a while now. certainly not top of the line (more like bottom) but it has done me justice as a beginner. but i've noticed recently that when i play records on the 33 1/3 setting it seems a LITTLE too slow. enough to affect how it sounds to me and others. since this has become a serious part of my life i've been wanting to upgrade to a pretty nice set up, so i bought a turntable from my neighbor who used to be a dj but he never used this particular turntable. it was basically collecting dust in his basement. he said he had at least $300, if not more, in it but sold it to me for next to nothing. now i'm wondering what kind of speakers i need to get for it. any ideas guys?

so i'm guessing all the booster boxes are gone? i've been trying for about 15 minutes and every time i go to check out i get the "someone is already purchasing it" message. i'll definitely order a single one because this release is just awesome. kind of bummed i couldn't get a booster box though... guess i'll just try to be more on the ball next time.

i saw this and emailed my local record store. they said they could get it for me but it would be $200 or more. i understand that it's limited to 820. but $200 seems pretty expensive. i'm on the fence about this. what do you guys think?

hey everyone! first post! i noticed that now there are two options for the vinyl, $23.99 transparent (/500) and $21.99 180 gram (/2000). since the vinyl i originally purchased was $21.99, i'm assuming that'd be the 180g one. i emailed season of mist to see if i could get my order switched to the clear one. hope they reply.
