my favorite is just the don't drink method. i used to drink daily, at least a 12 pack to my face for almost 2 years, then this summer i just threw in the towel. haven't drank since the end of august. and it feels great waking up feeling normal. there's many better ways to get fucked up besides a shitty drunk...and any other drug you don't wake up feeling like shit!

i have read that an orgasm does give you some relief for a couple minutes. weird cause the first night i ever got this, i found myself jerking off like every 30 minutes, and i couldn't figure out why, guess i subconsciously knew that it would help.

I try walking around and it'll make it stop for 10-15 minutes usually not enough to fall asleep and even if I do the feeling in my legs will wake me up from this sleep.
