if you were in track and into sports (which is more sprinting than slow jogging) then you should have decent mechanics, or at least know how to. like I said, I've never ran in them, but they are thinner soles. repeated impact usually wears down materials, soooo thicker the soles, longer they last? i run about 600 miles on a pair which is longer than normal, but its usually the stitching that breaks down before my soles. good mechanics reduces the amount of impact on the foot strike. the benefits of reducing injury and strengthening wider range of muscles are the same exact benefits i have heard from barefoot running, and from running with proper mechanics. i think the Vibram shoes are total gimmicks, but run in what works for you.

haven't tried any of these shoes and never will. i get the whole barefoot running, but its always arguing that "modern" running shoes caused bad mechanics. its more of the increase in popularity of jogging that brought in people who weren't athletes and were used to the mechanics of walking, heel to toe. just by very lightweight performance trainers that will last longer than the finger shoes and offer more protection. you can run with proper mechanics in any shoe.

No, but he kind of dances around it in the listing. And they're being sold at a price point where somebody could easily believe that they're real. That's my issue. While the seller doesn't explicitly say they are recreations, below describing the CD and artwork as original in all caps, he says the discs are professionally gold plated, omitting the original description. AND right below that detail, "We can tailor make virtually ANY gold disc for you..." Nothing misleading in this item, just a stupid gimmick.

milk crates from the back of a grocery store, and put cardboard on the bottom so the ridges don't mess with the covers. be discreet through, taking those crates is theft.

the sound & fury edition is just a cardboard sleeve over the regular packaging, will try pics tonight.

Songs are top notch, packaging is great. 4 panel fold out, front and back are die cut.

one of them is the army green, the other is clear with black splatter. i forget which is which.

yea, i don't expect more this is hell stuff (they only had 3 of each at the end /15), as neither rise or think fast are there. i'll look closer at the tiger's jaw stuff and try to get more touche stuff.

neither did i. its a blank label on black, numbered out of 150, and a half fold over cover, no reference to the bands. i've still got to listen to it.

This happens with every Sabot record doesn't it? Pops up on No Idea a day or two later for a bit cheaper, and actually arrives at your door.
