  1. Just a word of caution on the running 10 mile thing (and with no knowledge of your running experience): cardio fitness does not directly equate to mileage. Build weekly and max distance slowly or you'll hurt yourself. Find one of a billion half marathon beginner programs to follow, a lot of those have a max run of 10 miles in them.
  2. IVWT should have sent a shipment notification and then when SRC asked where the package was, responded "we are expecting more in stock soon, your package will go out ASAP!" and then let that happen a second time and say "that record is no longer available from our supplier, here is a 10% discount code for your next order".
  3. IVWT biased response: why did Jenna say Danny ordered the records and then Nick was used for the name? Another fun contradiction: Jenna posting that SRC puts in a lot of work maintaining this board and then posts that she doesn't have time to sit on the board. What maintenance does a moderator do off the board?
  4. You shitheads should just post this up on eBay for $50 and then buy the next press. Then thank Travis for the $20 and a better looking cover.
  5. Sweet, that lounge was weird but got mine. I'd rather have an LA show because it's closer but I would have expected it to be announced before these went on sale. I thought the larger bands can't have shows in the LA/SD area too close to Coachella as part of their contracts. Maybe a secret show.
  6. If you have no credit and looking to start, get a department store card. They are easier to get and CC companies are not as "generous" in giving cards to people with no credit as they were, many have phased out student cards. They key is self control, and never ever miss a payment because nothing is worse than a late payment or not paying a debt. Carrying a balance will cost you money but only reflects in your credit score at that moment, your credit score is based on length of credit history, ratio of debt balance to available credit, and LATE PAYMENTS. Obviously not paying or settling a debt is the absolute worst. Apply for a new card every 6 months or a year, each card company will likely raise the limits for you if you are in good standing because they will see you banking with competitors. Never close the card you have had the longest, unless they start charging annual fees. NEVER PAY AN ANNUAL FEE(unless you travel international frequently and the card waives foreign transaction fees), there are way too many cards that pay you back. Chase Freedom and Bank Americard are what I use and recommend, Discover limits your earning more. I made $300 last year and paid $0 in interest or fees, spending around $1000 a month. Getting a card where you bank can be more convenient, but you need to qualify for a card based on credit history alone, your bank account has nothing to do with your credit score unless you run a negative balance and don't pay it back and get sent to collections. And that's bad. Those saying you don't need credit, you are correct if you never intend to need to borrow money to own a home or car, and consider yourself very lucky or prudent.
  7. This explains it all! Preorder was in early July at the top of the market. He's still at a loss so he can't pay his pressing bills. Getting backed up on bills sounds familiar...
  8. If the band hates having photographers up front when they would rather have kids there, then why would they play shows with a photo pit? Is anything these guys do not a gimmick?
  9. ordered, now I need to go place a hefty deathwish order with their new one
  10. Your point and namedropping are both moot. Here's what I'm saying: Underoath circa 1998-2000 wouldn't have imagined their third album would sound like it did. That wasn't the direction they were moving in. Those guys didn't sell out. Dallas departed. They got Spencer, who dicked over This Runs Through. They made a great album albeit it was not their brand of metal and became HUGE. If The Chariot were do the same thing (not when but if), then their catalog will get pressed on vinyl quicker because it will mean additional sales to match their expanding audience. When the market opens up, you fill it with product. Simple economics. I'm talking about accessibility and a larger audience, not the band's integrity. Maybe more vinyl will come, maybe it won't. But it hinges on money. Obviously, if The Chariot controlled everything, their stuff would be pressed. Did Underoath's back catalog get pressed after they changed their sound?
  11. Seems pretty self explanatory to me. Don't worry, your records will sell. Shit, thank god you told me to listen to this album before I buy it, I would have never thought of that myself. If it's self-explanatory then there is zero point to your comment.

  13. Was there a picture of the 1/300 on the record or sleeve or wherever? Because the first rule of eBay is don't believe any of the shit you read in the description or title. Use the photo and do your research. Also, if you pay more for a specific number you are a god damn idiot, go back to collecting baseball cards.

  16. You fags haven't even addressed the main issue; he called the sleeve a case!
  17. cool, good to know there are tests for the others as well. I won't pre-order SH/VC records anymore, a little odd that he is selling off tests before the full pressing is out. Certainly not surprising.
