the main complaint i've heard voiced about pirates press is that, because they press in the czech republic where environmental regulations are more lax, the environmental toll of printing 500 copies of your band or whatever are far greater than if you produced them domestically. that's not even taking into consideration the transport of 500 records from the czech republic to the states.

it seems weird that the comp starts with 3 tim barry songs. i love the guy (and a lot of the bands on this comp-nice call on that DBT song, for example), but it just makes for a weird comp. shuffle those songs into the mix, or something.

I ordered three whatevers (I'm a big fan of surprises, what can I say) and I got the following: Dead Girls Ruin Everything CD (ex-ultimate fakebook, so i'm intrigued) Scream Hello-Infinite Son CD Little Compass CD Black on Black-Black Flag Comp CD 1 Drag the River Coaster and two promo cd singles and a few stickers I know these things are a crapshoot, but I was definitely disappointed
