  1. i have blue and red. I'll sell you the red for $30 if you want it?
  2. Thanks for your input. Let's hear from some more people.
  3. This band, Manners, has been around in the CT New England area for about a year now and they're starting to gain a serious following. I want to do a small press of their new EP Apparitions on vinyl as well as their old EP Escapism. Like two EPs on one record. I just want to know what people think on this board about this band. Good or bad, it doesn't matter, I'm just looking for unbiased opinions. You can listen to both EPs in their entirety on their facebook bandpage. http://www.facebook.com/mannersct#!/mannersct?sk=app_178091127385 Thanks for checking this out.
  4. agreed. SMSH MTH > Smash Mouth MLSTR > Uncle Earl with a video camera in the basement.
  5. Run For Cover is just waiting for the records to arrive. The shirts and the rest of the pre order packaging has been done for a while now.
  6. it's up for pre order now on interpunk. There will also be a pre order from triple crown going up this coming week sometime. The record will also include a band new treos song, dvd, and some special gifts thrown in. I feel like these options will only be available from TCR though. http://www.interpunk.com/item.cfm?Item=187207&
  7. Bull Moose is great. I usually go to the warehouse in Scarborough, ME, just cause they have a better selection of indie folk.
  8. Well I'll probably be packaging and sending out some stuff for them this fall. I'm interning there for a semester on the weekends. And yes Jeff is a very busy guy, but hopefully I'll be able to assist in making Run For Cover a great label.
  9. yeah i did the same thing. I ended up ordering Late Nite Wars - It's Okay or Even Worse7" and MDAM - We're All Just Living 10" in addition to the 2 TA splits.

  11. just picked up Nirvana Unplugged for 12 and change. sweet deal.
  12. What part of CT? the pop punk hardcore scene is pretty good around here if you're into that.
  13. will there be a special record release show version for the show on the 11th? I don't want to have to buy this record twice. and oh yeah, this album is going to kick ass.
  14. This album is too good for words. Hostage Calm has completely changed their sound. It's really interesting and different, but you can tell that the writing is coming from the same band. You will not be disappointed.
  15. I picked up this big kids record at warped tour in Hartford last Sunday. I haven't stopped listening to it. I hadn't heard of them and bought the record on a whim and I think I may have found a staple band that I will come back to over and over. Its just dirty grungy pop punk party music and I love it. The bonus track it so great. I'd love to see Big Kids make it out to New England possibly on tour with Grown Ups and Pinsky. That tour would rule! Anyways solid release and great band!
