  1. Yeah, even if we don't list A or B specifically, we try and make it clear — we never do the same labels on each side. General rule otherwise is Artist name is A and album title is B.
  2. actually, unless you ordered "The Past In Present"? That's much more likely what it's for.
  3. I might have a nice solution for you soon then, and it involves this: Yeah, it's always possible. There are overs and unders for every variant of every pressing. We never put the full amount up for sale initially in any pre-order because we don't know if we'll actually get the full amount in from the plant (it's usually dead on the money or within a handful, but over and under runs do happen — happened with Have Mercy's clear w/ black smoke variant if you recall). SO yeah, it could happen, but at the time of my writing this, they're all spoken for and I don't expect anything to pop up. The one that We refunded this Gabe flipper guy for we'll hold onto in the event that someone's copy gets damaged in shipping. With all that said, we're thinking about using this feature more where when we announce a new album, we immediately put it up in the store as coming soon. This way, if anyone wants to be notified the minute the pre-order goes live, you can then choose to do so in advance and don't have to worry about missing anything (other than an email haha). I think we'll start doing this with our next couple albums and see how it goes. Don't PM me about Gabe's copy of the record, please, it's not for sale. Thanks!! You all rule.
  4. Found a Gabe W's order from Maryland. He's cancelled the listing too: http://www.ebay.com/itm/You-Blew-It-Keep-Doing-What-Youre-Doing-Yellow-w-Green-Splatter-x-100-grow-/261362602722?pt=Music_on_Vinyl&hash=item3cda6cd2e2
  5. all five pre-orders for the splatter variant going to Maryland addresses have not been shipped yet. Idk how to find out this person's name or email though.
  6. I honestly have no idea. We [Topshelf] had nothing to do with those and don't have any (never had any) for sale. I think they completely sold out of the last of them at the end of the last show of the tour.
  7. how would I do that? I barely know anything at all about eBay.
  8. Holidays have kinda disrupted our communication with pressing plants. We'll get you an update next week.
  9. We didn't allow anyone to buy more than one. They're all accounted for, as far as I know.
  10. Yeah, just email orders at topshelfrecords and we'll get you a brand new one. Sorry about that! yep (on all of our orders, actually). whoa, thanks for posting! Mind if I use some of these photos on our site?
  11. got your email. I gotta look in our storage unit and check what we have.
  12. Vault, personal copies, band copies, etc. They won't randomly pop up on the store one day, promise. This is standard for every record we ever press. The key thing here is that we didn't order these, they're an overrun. Over and underruns happen all the time (hence why the box set is /207 instead of /200. As far as the extra boxes go, we're gonna sit on them for now. Any that get damaged in transit we'll replace. If and when the band ever does another US tour, we'll create boxes of unnumbered, unstamped boxes that will house the least rare variants of the records at the time. If they don't do another US run of dates, then we'll do this, but for another tour somewhere else. And if that doesn't happen or doesn't turn out to be practical, we'll put them online. Thanks for the feedback, everyone.
  13. Totally. It's not like we knew either, y'know? I have 58 extra boxes from an overrun, though. It seems stupid and wasteful to recycle them for no reason.
  14. All orders that had JUST the box set left our office on Friday! So they should start showing up in mailboxes as early as today (if you live near our office) and hopefully throughout next week! The remaining orders that had something else as part of the order either went out on Friday as well (only a few) or will be going out on Monday. We packed 'em all extra safe so hopefully everything arrives in good shape. We also stashed two toe set lists from their North American tour into two random orders. And yes, the number /207 you'll get is completely random. The company shipped us 265 total boxes though, so IDK what we're gonna do with the other 58 of them.
  15. Oh, also, I guess it's worth noting that all of their merch is 20% off right now in our store with the code APPLEKID: http://topshelfrecords.limitedrun.com/products/search?q=toe
  16. Thanks! We'll be expanding on this a lot more. We're just getting started on the discography sections as well. I'll be adding to it as time allows. Look for more photos (of each vinyl variant) and write-ups detailing each record featuring commentary from ourselves, the band, engineers and artists involved, etc. We want to give some behind-the-scenes to how these albums came to be. Noted. As far as the inventory bars go, we were bummed to have to part with those (for now) as well. Big Cartel's code base allowed me to build them, but Limited Run's doesn't allow me to (again, for now). I've brought this up to them and they said it's something they'd look into. So hopefully we can bring it back eventually. Understand that. We do /20 for all tests just because we end up only having a few left to spar after giving band members / artist / mastering / producer / engineer / managers / etc. copies. Tell me about it. Everything is in ou hands but these dang boxes. We've been getting the run around from the box maker for almost two weeks now and the holiday this week obviously isn't helping either. I'll email again when we have them IN OUR hands so that y'all know for certain they'll be going out. We're hoping to start mailing them next week.
