I had a similar experience years ago. I eventually met their new drummer (he was on tour playing drums for a band called The Americas with another band we work with called Rooftops). Upon meeting him and putting all the pieces together, staying in touch since, etc, it all started to make sense to me and seem like a very good fit for everyone involved.

This album and band are fucked up amounts of good.

We usually ask people to just cover the cost of re-shipping a record if something like this happens, but even so... It's hella expensive for us to be covering shipping and the cost of goods twice while only getting paid for it once, y'know? There should be some give and take here because it's clear the delivery service or potentially an incorrect address provided by the buyer are to blame if the seller has done everything asked of them and a package is successfully delivered with tracking but the buyer doesn't have it.

Still working out the kinks on this. And, also, realizing that we don't wanna be posting on social media all day long about unclaimed tickets sooooo we might go like a periscope live stream or something less intrusive on people's social feeds.
