The complaint was about stuff AFTER it leaves our facility not our mess ups. I apologize if we messed up your order. I can go look into that now and see how I can remedy, but it is not relevant to the specific complaint above.

Thats the main reason i stopped ordering from SRC, for whatever reason it takes a really long time once it leaves their facility. I apologize that you feel that way. I have no control over what the USPS does, especially with media mail. HOWEVER, you have options..and it is not as cheap... but we have good Fedex rates. It takes no more than 5 business days in the USA and Canada worse case. If it takes more than what they estimate once in their hands they will at least refund you for your shipping. Fedex delivers 85% of our incoming packages a day early! That is impressive. As well, I have a meeting with the USPS supervisor for Buffalo next week to see what we can do, if anything. But in all honesty USPS does not guarantee time on anything except express. I have priority packages taking over 5-10 days to deliver and they say it only takes 1-3 days. When I call USPS they put in a ticket! I even have tickets right now for tickets they haven't responded to!!! You guys can blame us all you want for this, but in all honesty all you can do is choose to stop using USPS. They take no responsibility for what they promise in terms of turn around time. I feel your pain and dont think its ok, just from experience this is all I can suggest. You have NO IDEA how much energy I put into trying to change this and I feel it is pretty much a dead end with USPS

They didn't come from Dine Alone direct. Came from a Distro who had a few left. And it wa a canadian Distro which also makes it a bit more expensive. USD/CDN are just about par so when you convert that as well there are fees. Plus canadian distro's charge taxes... Why I don't know as for I thought wholesale is tax free!!! However it is apparently 13% in Canada. Regardless for a double the price ain't that bad and I know a few who wanted this release

Because of the holiday a lot of releases got pushed to Monday instead of Tuesday. However, some of the Foos ended up delayed a day which pushed those titles to Wednesday. Confusing but I hope that helps. Colors and In Your Honor was apparently delayed until Wednesday.

First pressing of Saves The Day Daybreak is just about sold out. It was on black and limited to 1,000 copies. The band has repressed another run of 500 copies on white vinyl! It is 'Black Friday' after all. OOP Records Available for Purchase I have been doing a lot cleaning around our warehouse lately and have found a ton of great stuff that we will have back in stock! Additionally, I have been looking through various distros stock and have found some really cool records which have been long out of print!! Vinyl Notebooks I have been working on converting some of the damaged records we have into notebooks! I anticipate at least 40 note books but wont know until next week. Although Virgil gave us the idea to do this from his VC days, we do the notebooks a bit different. They are bound by coil, include the jacket and inserts plus we use really neat paper from a company called French Paper. I have a few LPs where the jackets were damaged but not the LP. Those will include a working LP. Also, a few have a CD included with them. SALE List to be posted soon! I have not yet been given it but I am sure it will be crazy
