We are currently out of stock and waiting on more copies. When this went up for pre order, we were promised (sometime in October) we could get the amount we needed (1,500 then an additional 200) with NO issues. We barely got the 1,500 pieces on time for release date and are STILL waiting on the additional 200. I was promised by the distro that we would eventually get them and keep getting told they will arrive sometime soon but I have no actual release date. They are in transit from the plant is all I know! I apologize if no one has gotten back to you. I know we have not had a lot of phone support over the holidays, but if you emailed sometime over the last week or so, someone should have definitely gotten back to you. Hope that clarifies the SRC/Brand New thing. I will try and get a more concrete ETA from the distro tomorrow and update the page to note when we should have more in stock. We used Gotta Groove for the Banquets / Mayflower split, which we were all really happy with. They set realistic timelines, got it out EARLY and are very helpful. Every time I email their sales rep, he gets back in about 3-10 minutes! I also had the opportunity to visit the plant and meet some of their staff who seemed very knowledgable. We will definitely be using them again!

Not true. We will be shipping ours tomorrow evening. Because of deadlines, we will ship Media Mail first tomorrow, then International / everything else immediately after. It should all be shipped by Friday and this should arrive from us on time for Christmas. Also, we were shorted a few hundred copies which will be arriving to us after release date. HOWEVER we have not sold those copies yet so do NOT worry. We also have about 10-20 copies left of what will arrive and can ship this week. So if you want by Christmas I suggest ordering now!

They are opening one up in Niagara Falls, ON about 5 minutes from the border. Apparently this is supposed to help serve the Buffalo - Syracuse area. They are building it right behind my house!! Not very close to syracuse but I guess close enough.

Yeah its doing it on the Dine Alone site, but not on SRC. Odd. You can only use the store credit at the Dine Alone store, NOT src.
