These have been pulled by Universal and you can no longer order but I was not told about any defects. I was told that after the band took tour copies and they fulfilled all orders there are none left. Someone mentioned here they pressed 10,000 and that it would probably never sell out. If that number is right and judging by our sales it is very possible these are sold out after the band took their copies. It is insane but great to hear! We put a little note in our newsletter about this yesterday as well. I ordered enough to hopefully have a 200+ after release date but we seriously only have about 10 or 20 copies left.

Yes it was remastered for vinyl and new plates!

You guys are crazy with all these conspiracy theories about us! As I said before, the distro stated that it was limited to 1,500 in the email they sent out with the one sheet. I emailed the distro to confirm and they maintain that they were told 1,500. I also emailed Fearless asking them SPECIFICALLY if the clear was limited or not and what the complete pressing info was. They sent me a link to buy the product on Fearless Records (which does not have the pressing info) and said the pressing info was there. Then proceeded to tell me "I think on the splatter that one is limited to 2,000 at Hot Topic" Even though I didn't ask what Hot Topics was limited to. We do not make this shit up based on what we buy. We have asked three different times various people what the official pressing info is and for some reason no one wants to provide an accurate answer, sorry!

That is not true nor did we ever state anything along the lines of this. I do not have the final order numbers in front of me (dinner time!) but I will post them tomorrow.

Update! Paper products are in and the records are set to deliver to us tomorrow. Expect these to ship Thursday/ Friday the latest! The final pressing info is 323 copies.

We haven't received our copies yet. I believe Flood said he was shipping them out to us yesterday. If so they should arrive and ship out mid week.

The site is getting more traffic than Record Store Day which is a bit scary! We had 2x more pieces for RSD than this pressing. The server admins are fixing it now so stay tuned. Should only be a few minutes

We have not had a straight up answer as to when we can expect these from the distro. So it is possible Interpunk are having the same issue. I am just told any day now. It has been very hard giving an update on this with no answer as to what is going on and when we can expect. I have been asking since a week before release date. Hope that helps and they arrive to everyone soon!

I understand everyone who purchased (plus some) are frustrated and MTS should make some kind of statement. Us yelling at him would not do any good. If we can assist in some way and RJ is willing to talk to us to do so, I think that is something that is positive. We know how badly this has hit people. A lot of them are our customers and friends. So yes we are willing to help if we are reasonably able to do so. We of course agree some kind of statement needs to be made. However we have no power to force MTS to do that. As well someone mentioned RJs involvement in VC. Before a lot of this blew up we were able to gain 100% control of VC. RJ, Mightier Than Sword and Academy Fight Song no longer have any involvement with Vinyl Collective.

Well we saw the picture, so one can only assume they exist, but really who knows? RJ never made the tour covers either so if we do end up getting copies we will have to make them ourselves. I don't have hope at this point that we will ever see the 2nd press so we will likely be licensing it out to a third party or repressing ourselves if we have the money, to make up for all this BS. Jenna from SRC here! We have the tour copies with no covers. I talked to your management and we are shipping them to you guys tomorrow. I also spoke to RJ today briefly and we are going to work out something with him in the next few days to get these shipped out. We do not have the info on orders beyond what we already shipped. He said he would give it to us. After we shipped the first batch we did not continue fulfilling MTS mail order for obvious reasons. However considering the situation as long as we can work something out with RJ to get the info we will donate our time, boxes etc... and can help out to finish off this release.

We are still waiting on test pressings. We approved the lacquer references about a month ago!! I was just told they should still be a week or two. As soon as we approve tests we will post pre order and release date! Shouldn't be much longer

The plant told us these shipped on May 4th. Then the send us tracking May 10th. I look up the tracking, expecting this to arrive by the 11th and guess what! It never shipped until late in the day May 9th. Not sure why they didn't point out they didn't ship when they sent us tracking! These are scheduled to actually arrive to us tomorrow. Fingers crossed the jackets are on the skid and not something else or another issue As well, I was notified the plant was out of white wax so the colors changed. The white is now blue. The red is still red. This goes for Have Gun too. Will ship tomorrow and the color breakdowns are Green and Blue for Have Gun, no white. Sorry for all the hassle on this one and everyone being MORE than patient!!! We also talked to Virgil. As a thank you for being patient we will be hosting a Suburban Home sale AFTER these ship out. So it should be sometime next week

This happens all the time. Paypal will tell you its your fault as well. Even when you offer the customer insurance and they decline. Sometimes I swear USPS purposely bends them in half! We had a USPS rep put a pizza on the package. I suspect a WHOLE pizza. The customers records were soaked in pizza grease. It went right through the box. That happened about 8 months ago. I complained over and over as for that is COMPLETELY unacceptable and COMPLETELY avoidable. We still had to pay for the records. USPS did nothing.

Update on this! We are doing 300 black copies. Just a small likely one time run. Should have test pressings soon so we will announce a pre order hopefully next week. Release date is July 3rd but I suspect we will be shipping early to mid June. Fingers crossed. So expect an announcement / pre order update next week. Along with this I will have another Lobster announcement next week!

Hey! I didn't disappear! I am overworked and honestly trying to understand what is up with the Ataris myself. This is 100% canceled. I apologize. I have also been trying to get a complete understanding as to why it is canceled. Reason being is I paid the plant, they told me my records would ship with no issues etc... We would have never put up pre orders if the plant didn't take our money and give us an ETA as to when the records would ship!!! So it is canceled but as to why I am still trying to get a full understanding of the situation. As much as I would love to blame RJ completely for this one it is not that simple. We will begin refunds tomorrow morning and hopefully I will have a better understanding of why soon.

Jenna here from SRC. Between Dine Alone and SRC Record Store Day stuff we did literally thousands, not hundreds. Well over 1,200 orders as someone suggested it may be at some point in here. Shipping confirmations are usually uploaded at the end of the day. We have been shipping PAST the end of the day so in some cases your order was packed lets say Tuesday night, picked up Wednesday early morning but the system did not upload tracking/email you until Wednesday night. Regardless this is a HUGE amount of orders over a variety of titles. If it was say a few thousand pieces of one title it could easily be shipped out in one day. However it wasn't. It takes someone packing a lot longer to pick various pieces and qtys while avoiding to make mistakes vs. packing just one album. Dine Alone had five titles, SRC had about 30 titles. There were a lot of orders with various pieces which take long to pack. We definitely strive to do things as quick as possible and will work next RSD to do things faster. But at the same time with the volume of orders at once it is not realistic to expect everyone's order to ship in one day.

Considering the volume from RSD orders on Saturday between SRC and DA the staff has been doing great at getting these out quick!
