Following on from the premiere of new track "Woman" earlier this week, City and Colour has announced his 5th studio album "If I should Go Before You. The album will be released on 9th October, with pre-orders launching Friday 24th July via cityandcolour.com. There will also be a record store exclusive variant for pre-order in September, which will also include a bonus 12" (details of which tbc). Unique to this project, the studio players on If I Should Go Before You are made up of Green’s trusted touring band: Jack Lawrence (The Raconteurs, Dead Weather) on bass, Dante Schwebel (Spanish Gold, Dan Auerbach) on guitar, Doug MacGregor (Constantines) on drums and Matt Kelly on pedal steel guitar and keys. Nah I fully expect it to be at least $120, if not $150. Bundle 1 was $75, this one has a 4LP set with blu ray. If it's anything less than $120 I'd be very surprised.

Pretty sure the set was $75 and shipping was $65. Obviously this bundle will be heavier though, so who knows! Also, if I remember rightly, that's for surface mail too, so expect 6-10 weeks shipping time!

Got my 3 Bridge9 Variants this morning and they all look great! On another note, Double Cross have confirmed the Aussie variant is in hand now and should be shipping out early next week.

Damn being in England! Although the only thing I'm really after is City and Colour's 'Covers Pt.3' test press, or any other C&C or AOF tests, which are all very unlikely!
