Ordered! Once again, thank you for spotting the deals for us! I saw with my girlfriend earlier this week a preview for the movie Scott Pilgrim, and we both tought it look really bad for a movie. I knew it was from a comic book, but never read it. Yesterday at work, they had a sale of Books, DVDs, CDs and comic book for Centraide (kind of la the Red Cross in Québec). I work in a newspaper some twice a year they sell all the thinks that didn't get reviewed for around 2$ each.. Anyway, so I bought all the comics as usual, maybe 16 books, and there was the first volume of Scott Pilgrim. I read it last night and was pleasently surprise! It's not a GREAT book, but it's kinda funny and light and a good quick read. I'm still not sure I want to go see the movie, but I'll definately try to get my hand on the other volume for cheap!

It's a really great serie. Highly recommeded by Antoine. It's the story of a serial killer, the story is narrated by him, and of course a few things goes wrong. Dont' hesitate my friend. It's also an incredible price! For this price, I wouldn't even be able to get vol 1 of the story (the book in your link contain the first 3 issues). I have nothing against american comic book, I read a lot of them, but sometime I wish enligsh people would have access to everything I can read in french. I have the best of both world as I can read both english and french.

Even if I said that the gas chamber in Dachau were never use, please don't think that i agree with Staropramen. They still killed 35000 peoples there.

Hey Travis, I also went to Dachau recently (last october). It's the only concentration camp that was open for ALL the duration of the war, and although they did kill a lot of people, the gas chamber were never use in this particular camp. At least that's what I read there.

What's happening with Freddy Adu? I remember he was suposse to be a big star, then I saw him in Ottawa in 2007 for the U20 World Cup, and I wasn't impress at all (compared to Altidore who played a GREAT game... If I remember correctly, he was the one who scored the 2 goals(vs Brazil)), but it was only one game. Now I see he isn't in the US 23 players?
