Received my copy as well today. Like most Erased Tapes records there is hardly any noise at all since they were very clean coming right out of the sleeve. Lots of dynamics. It is a tough call for me as Baths and Nils are playing the same night here in Seattle...

Well, you could always see one of them and travel back in time afterwards to see the other. You even wouldn’t have any trouble since you’ll definitely be in two different places at the same time.

Out of curiosity, just the 2lp? Any previous releases?

Saw him on Saturday. He had the 2lp of All Melody, Spaces, Victoria, Screws, Solo, Wintermusik, The Bells... and probably something else I don’t remember with him. Pretty much most of the releases in print.

The concert was wonderful, by the way. If you have the chance, go see him live!

  3. 59.99€ on the shop they send German customers to, international shipping might kill it though: http://www.bravado.de/p51-i4055585144621/tame-impala/currents-collector-s-edition-/index.html

1519 left in stock. Sorry if I missed, but do we know if this is a Tame Impala webstore exclusive? Grr I may bite the bullet tomorrow.

    It’s also listed on Amazon.de - says „currently unavailable“ though: https://www.amazon.de/dp/B0766NPH8C/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_FXS7zbQ6DPVMW

Any ideas on shops that specialize or have lots of 'unoffical' releases? I've been trying to find the Pink Floyd extraction tapes and some of the recent Nirvana stuff...

Good question. Greenhell used to have some unofficial releases. HHV as well. I haven’t stumbled upon many of those in German shops, though. If you look at Discogs many unofficial releases come from Dutch sellers.

Speaking of which... another great German store: www.vinyl-digital.de

What kind of mailers is greenhell using?

I haven’t ordered from them in a while but I believe the last records I got were shipped in those: http://m.protected.de/item/323430

    Quick question...

For those of you who preordered stuff that's arrived...did you get email shipment notifications?

    How did that stuff work?

I received a shipping confirmation incl. a tracking number for Crime Slunk Scene (international shipping).

It seems it will be out in Japan first but I think it will come to  western stores later on.

This is now  available at SE‘s EU store:

Has anyone seen a UK preorder for the standard edition yet? I saw this briefly come up on amazon as 'unavailable' and was removed later that day. Cant find anything on sites that stock other Superior Viaduct releases

Not U.K. but in Germany HHV.de is carrying the standard variant:

Not a big National fan?  I think this will probably end up being in the top 10 albums of 2017, myself.  Especially if it ends up filling out and growing as much as their prior albums do, with all the subtle National nuances.

Anyone with a translucent blue – can you weigh in on how it sounds?  I'm interested in tracking one down.  Is it safe to guess that any Euro store stocking "blue" will have the translucent?  Or is there any oversea-VCer who could take the guesswork out of it and ship me a copy?  I've had really good luck in working with a few generous individuals for prior Euro variants.

I ordered my translucent copy from finestvinyl.de - if you need any help, I can work as a hub.

Another option might be HHV.de (they have a photo of the records and they look translucent-ish).

JPC.de could also be an option, I don't know how their copies look.

The barcode are identical but my copy had a comment on the barcode sticker that said "MADE IN EU" (see the Discogs page for reference). Maybe that's the indicator?
