From Amazon Filthy Thieving Bastards - Our Fathers Sent Us and... Fraggle Rock Complete Series Collection! I don't care what anyone says, this is my favorite Jim Henson related project. The songs kick ass and are catchy as hell, and I love that bass in the begging of the theme song. Also, I picked this up while it was the gold box deal of the day or whatever, so it was only $37.49. Score!

I'm not really that into the Real McKenzies...but the colored vinyl looks so awesome and I had to order it. Couldn't resist. Oh well, gave me an excuse to pick up some other stuff too; including the Swingin' Utters 7". This board is gonna make me go broke...

Do you still collect PEZ dispensers? If so, how many do you have? Which is your favorite? What release are you most proud of putting out?

I have one from a National Geographic that has some humpback whale "songs" on it. It's kind of fun to spin to annoy family members. I don't see buying any of these in the future. If it came for free with something I'd maybe listen to it a few times and then completely forget about it.

That record is amazing, I think I've played it 20 times already. I don't have any pressing info though, sorry...

One time I ordered a record from Amazon, and it came in a big ass box with those little cushions of air packed on one side of the record. That essentially pushed the record down into the other side and bent one of the corners really bad. The record was ok though, and played fine. I haven't ordered vinyl from them since.

Yes, unfortunately that penalizes people who spend more. I get that, but I also get not wanting to be overwhelmed with orders. That's why I can see them going that route instead. Would I rather have them gone in chronological order? Yes, but by going the other route they may have been able to satisfy more customers... and unfortunately dissatisfy those who paid more. Why I'm trying to defend them, I don't know... But when I finally do get my order, I'm sure I'll be more than happy.

I don't understand why big orders get set aside, orders should be filled in the order that they are received (if all in stock), not by size. Ideally that should be how it works under normal circumstances, but when they closed their store they were probably flooded with orders taking advantage of the good deals. In that circumstance it makes sense that instead of doing it in chronological order that they would do the smaller orders first to get them out of the way. That way you get a better percentage of packages out to customers, and have less orders to have to worry about.

I too am still waiting on my order that I placed the week the store was being shut down. Knowing that I'm not the only one in this boat makes me feel a little better, but I mean...it's been a month since they said they shipped it. My order was rather large as well, so hearing that big orders were set aside makes this situation a little more bearable... I'm usually really patient, but this is definitely putting my patience to the test. I haven't e-mailed Virgil yet, because I assumed that the package was indeed sent and was in the hands of the USPS.
