  4. Damn. I sold this for like 30 on ebay last year. I tried to donate the money to the dudes when they were going through a rough patch and they said thanks, but they'd feel better about it if I bought merch from them instead.

  6. I got a text from my dad last week telling me he bought a ton of LP's for me at a garage sale last weekend. I'm going to be rollin' in Anne Murray's greatness.

  13. Love me. Truly, Madly, Deeply do... ohhh ohhh. I'm super pumped we can be bros and talk about posts now. Just so you can get to know me a little better I've created a small photo journal of myself. This is me hanging out with Tigers Jaw at Krazy Fest. And this is me beside Greg from the Bouncing Souls at Krazy Fest as well (I was Drunk they were playing "Gone") Here's a nice picture of my girlfriend and myself. I worked at a sign company while in college and I made this while learning how to sandblast. One time I started a Christian Hardcore band and on Halloween my friends and I dressed up as Wrestlers.
  14. I remember the most epic trade in fourth grade going down for a Griffey rookie card. It was seriously some Charizard caliber stuff. I just looked that card up on ebay to find out it's going for $25 or less. I remember it being well over $200 back then. Times are a'changin.
  15. Haha, yeah. I love how he just calls out all the big timers. He can hang in there with them too so, I say go for it.
  16. I've been around since 2010.. I'm like the awkward middle child.
  17. The motor is attached directly to the spindle on a direct drive and on a belt driven one a belt connects the spindle to the motor. A lot of DJs swear by direct drive because they don't have to worry about belts wearing down and whatnot, but if you are just using your turntable for listening to records a nice belt driven turntable should work just fine. On direct driven turntables the platter just straight up stops and starts when you start it up and turn it off. On a Belt driven turntable the platter will slow down steadily to a stop and take just a bit longer getting up to speed. A lot of people like DD turntables also because they can adjust pitch and stuff immediately. So basically, if you plan on doing a lot of DJing and whatnot a DD may be better for you, but if you just want to listen to records, a normal belt driven table will work just wonderful.
  18. I had a direct drive gemini for a little while that I wasn't really feeling. I went back to a belt drive and l like it a ton more. That's just my personal preference though.
