Luckily it's the first one I've had to do, with all the stuff I've bought from here. So again, StickinInMyEye, get fucked.

Have to admit, that I am not overly happy with the b9 crowd. Once had problems with a download code, never got a response. They messed up my mystery bundle order as well(I ended up with 2 Have Heart 7"s instead of one of Verse and HH each), and I emailed them repeatedly, without getting any response... :-/ With B9, I've had a problem with every download code from them (I've had around 5 or 6.) I email them and let them know the problem and they've responded within a day or two.

Yeah DHL is definitely in on it. A few years ago I ordered a part for my car and it came from Florida (I think,) via DHL. When the guy delivered it I had to pay a brokerage fee just to get my package. The car part was ~200 US and the brokerage fee was $80. I was so pissed. Definitely not as bad as your situation though. Totally sucks I hope it doesn't happen again.

Yeah tell me about it. I was talking to one of the bands when they were on tour and they were none too impressed by not having their new album on vinyl to sell at the shows.

I ordered an LP and two 7" from a member on here back on February 5th. I waited until March 5th and still hadn't received them so I sent him a PM just asking to make sure he sent them because nothing I've ordered on here has taken a month, even when shipping from the US to Canada. He didn't respond so I waited 5 more days and sent him another message yesterday just asking if he's shipped them. He's logged in multiple times since I've sent both messages but he hasn't responded or even opened the messages. Should I start worrying?

I used to work for a place that did customer service for Apple. Multiple people a day would say how nice it was to finally talk to someone who spoke English. I'd always ask them what other languages they've heard when calling Apple. That usually threw them off.
