  1. Hi all, I don't usually order from Fat but thought someone here would know... Do they put releases up in the store a week before the release date or are they up the day of the official release or is it random? Do the first xxx orders get color? If you order 2, do you still get color?
  2. OK, the list is updated and I've got packages done for everyone who has paid, they should go out tomorrow.
  3. Wow, I think I just a karma back! I lost it this morning.
  4. aw man, people knocking Bold... definitely a guilty pleasure of mine.
  5. Sugar is great! Copper Blue is a must have on whatever format you can find it in. They do have boatloads of vinyl, go to http://www.musicstack.com/ and search for Sugar with "Vinyl Only". 80% of what see will be the Sugar you're after.
  6. dim, your record will ship tomorrow. steven, I haven't replied to you because I'm waiting for cash from someone who asked for that first. others, PM if you want my ebay feedback (100%).
  7. I'm selling off a couple hundred doubles or things I'm not interested in. PM or post offers or if you want me to grade specific records. Instantly grow your 7" collection for cheap, labels represented include No Idea, Hydrahead, Victory, Harmless, Suburban Home, Lookout, etc. but a lot more of this will be unknown to most. Literally all but a handful of these I would sell in the $1-$4 range to better homes: http://spreadsheets.google.com/pub?key=pBnKMhy3Axf1-29AlDQPOCw Obviously, the more you buy, the cheaper postage is per record and the more bargaining power you'll get!
  8. Lost my karma for asking for a record! Here's a stab at getting it back from some Inquisition fan: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=260151244826

  14. Umlaut Records ( www.myspace.com/umlautxrecords ) just put out this *great* straightedge record by The Mutiny (http://www.myspace.com/themutiny). Super limited (100 pink already sold out, 200 red available) and hand numbered. Didn't get press because the band broke up (& formed other bands) before the LP came out. $15ppd for the red I think. If nothing else, you'll thank yourself in a few years for picking this up.
  15. Roughly a month ago a friend of mine bought the same blue-green as I have... sparking this thread.
  16. Yes, I had assumed that "grey" was different than blue-green (which matches the cover nicely by the way). So other than the Rancid/NOFX, it sounds like all of these splits had a single color pressing of 300-500. In case anyone is interested, BYO still has color for most of these available on their website.
  17. Anybody know what the details are on these? BYO seems to be repressing the color vinyl in different colors than were done originally (at least for the NOFX/Rancid and LF/HWM)...
  18. Dear Landlord/Chinese Telephones 7" out of stock @ Recess
  19. The awesome new ARRIVALS LP is up for sale at RecessRecords.com. looks like Screeching Weasel - Boogadaboogadaboogada LP is up next!
  20. My friend John and I did Seven Lucky. The first press came out 07.01.2001 (long after Inquisition was over). I believe this corresponds to the day Strike Anywhere was playing in Boulder, Colorado. In 2001 we did: Promo press: 30 on clear vinyl, stamped Promo in the die-cut on back cover First press: 500 on clear vinyl, numbered in the die-cut on back cover, with color poster and note from Rob We then did: Second Press: 500 on clear blue vinyl, with color poster and note from Rob. The covers (except for the die cut & numbers) were the exact same on all presses. The poster insert on the second press had a different color composition than the first press [one was green, one was brown, would need to look up which was which]). *However,* there was a lot of ~28 of the 2nd press that I sent to Interpunk 2 months ago (all gone now) without the poster insert (we were short on posters). Some pictures are up at Burnt Wolf: http://burntwolf.com/index.php?title=Revolution%2C_I_Think_It%27s_Called_Inspiration
  21. ^ that is better than this v Yamaha P-220
  22. Good band. They look they're about 14 live. Mean Beard is putting out the US version of the new single and sell it on their site but it's ass expensive. You can still buy the UK version (& the older single) from Memphis Industries but the exchange rate will kill you. Since Virgil's not stocking it it might be OK to tell you that insound has most of the TPC vinyl in stock.
  23. Those 10"s are sitting on a U style bookend for support In general I always put a thick old record from the freebie bin (eg.- Herb Albert) between the vertical ends and the first/last record. Treated me very well so far.
