As said above, the pressing plant is very likely to just have written it incorrectly. This should not be a total red flag, but with tests, it's always good to ask the person selling it where/how they came to possess it.

My gut reaction is that you have a belt problem...I would be very surprised if your needle would make records sound "out of tune." Depending on your model belts won't be too expensive and can be easy to replace.
