where is run for cover based out of? for some reason i thought west coast, which is why im surprised i havent gotten this yet if its shipping. i ordered the /50 version right when it went up. really wanna hear this thing.

because in the world of records, sometimes an intended variant ends up having different shades to it. the intent was one color, but the records came back with variations of the intended color.

i know that variant can have a slightly different definition when it comes to vinyl releases. if we wanna use the actual definition of variant, then every single copy of every record pressed is a slight variant of another.

from what i can tell the pink copies came out either fully pink pink, pink with some black, or even redish with some black. all supposedly the same variant.

anyone wanna man up? i can be persuaded to do a trade or knock some bucks off if you PM me and we work it out.

if your definition of flipping is selling something for more than you bought it for, then yes, it is flipping. if your definition of flipping is buying something with the intent to sell at a higher cost, then no, it is not flipping. i honestly dont care whether its flipping or not. i happened to get a copy during the couple days the record was available and it turns out the record bored the hell out of me. i am now looking to sell it for $40ppd which is the worth of the record, the shipping, the packaging and my time. someone out there may want to pay that price. most wont. this doesnt mean i, or anyone else for that matter, should lose sleep over this. it is what it is. buy it or dont.

for real. maybe if they put some good stuff out again it would happen less. but probably not.
