Today I did 3.2k I'm 19:58. It felt like a decent pace but I'm not sure how that really compares. I'm proud I ran it no problem, and I could have easily done 5k if I decided to keep going. Pretty cool considering last year I could barely go 1k without stopping

What's a good goal time for a 5k for a noob? What about just per kilometer, what should I shoot for?

Exciting news for me! My buddy who does a lot of lengthy runs is helping me out and making sure I'm good to go for a 5k trail run on June 1st. Never done anything like this, so I'm starting out small. Should be a good experience!

We'd like to get it pressed in the states then maybe pick it up in Bellingham just over the border. We'd need a US distro too though for the US customers.
