Nice man, thanks for the kind words! It would be cool to get some tapes done for a tour in late July across Canada (I'll be hoping along and doing merch). If Brian's not digging them, we might figure out how to get it done on our own. It seems like a creative and inexpensive alternative to vinyl, which we will eventually do.

Got my shoes in today! My first impressions point to me liking the Mizuno Waves better than the Saucony Triumphs. I'm gunna wear the Sauconys to ball hockey tonight, then the Mizunos will go on a run tomorrow. They both feel great though, and I realize now how shitty my other shoes were.

Since we all pretty much follow different teams, I'm curious what's on everyone's wish list for the summer? For the Canucks: Forwards: We need at least two new top six forwards, especially if Kesler goes. Hopefully we can give our 6th overall a chance, or one of Shinkaruk or Horvat. The other will need to be via trade. I'd like to see Kesler go for at least a first round pick and a young top six player. Our bottom six needs lots of work and there's a ton of free agents to fill those spots. Resigning Santorelli and Kassiaj for around 2 million would be fantastic. Booth will be bought out. Defense: our top pair will be Hamhuis and Tanev. I hope Tanev resigns for under 4 mil per with a bit of term. I'd like to see Bieksa and Frankie Corrado as our second pair. I see one or both of Garrison and Edler going. Goalies: if we go with Lack, we need a vet to take a fair bit of a load. If we have a chance at a starter for cheapish, I'd go for it. Coach: Trotz please.

Where can I grab a foam roll? How do I go about using it? It sounds perfect for me

Heads up, I work with Derrick Pouliots uncle. He always gives me updates and told me today that he needs shoulder surgery, but should hopefully be ok for camp. He also said ownership was willing to trade him for Kesler but Shero wouldn't, and that hurt his case after they were knocked out.

Lacks a great goalie who will be a very good starter eventually. There were some shirty circumstances and a shitty team in front of him, yet he played quite well. He needs a vet to share the crease with for a year or two before he takes over

Kesler has 2 seasons left at a 5 mil cap hit. I'd think the canucks would want more than just Fleury, and I'd imagine the Pens would want to know who his replacement would be. Maybe Lack is included and we get something else from you, then you guys sign a FA to split with Lack? I don't know, either way it'll be a fun summer

Also, I hope Pittsburgh Ganda aren't forgetting about Pouliot, who I've watched play first hand many times. He's going to be a top pairing defenseman for sure

I'd love Fleury on Vancouver. He's a great goalie who needs a change. I could see him being included in a Kesler trade

Also, I've been increasing my runs lately. I've been doing 7-8k for the last couple weeks. Feels great!
