Fuck that, I only hit submit once.

While I'm here, I should repent.  I did go to the merch table right when I got there to peruse, and didn't ask their roadie a thing.  Too much of a lady I am, I suppose.

I gave it an ernest effort.  I walked around the block to where their surprisingly big tour van was and waited around for a few minutes, to no avail.  It worked for Hard Girls, and I had a great time hanging out with them for a bit.

  Didn't care enough to stay for a minute of Bayside, and I was getting up at 4am the next morning, with an hour and a half ride ahead of me.

There's a few more setlists from this tour on there.  It seems like they play the same set every night.. sometimes only changing the order.

 

That looks like pretty much the exact same set.  Thanks for the link.  I had checked that site and there was nothing for Norfolk, or NC before it.

Being able to hear Lookers live was great.  I'm a huge Tom Waits fan, so it's a double whammy.  Really good song.  

  I wish I could find a set list online, as I'm having a hell of a time piecing together a few holes in the middle.  Should have taken a cue from the twenty year old goth girls and recorded the whole show on my phone.

I didn't stick around to try and catch up with them afterward.

  Show was awesome, and they played another new track in addition to Lookers.  So far album should be right on par for them.

  My only wish was that they played a more diverse set.  Outside of 'I Was Born', they only played from OTIP and Rented World.

Would love to have new Weakerthans, but this will definitely do.

  I was incredibly fortunate in having an awesome friend grab me one at the Chicago date.  Otherwise I'd be in the same boat as you.  Good luck with the hunt.  Doesn't look like it'll be easy.

Anyone who hasn't checked out Josh Berwanger's(lead singer's)  solo stuff definitely should.  Great stuff.

Also, Designing A Nervous Breakdown til death.  Saw them in a hole in the wall in MPLS right after it came out and that album Will always be the best for me.

Man, I think I've got all of Lee Corey Oswalds cassettes and CDs they put out way back when.

that Look Mexico album would be killer.  Maybe we could figure something out

I really did enjoy Indie Cindy.  I'm a die hard Pixies fan, and had a lukewarm reception for IC, but I really came to appreciate it.  Excited for this for sure.

I talked with Nick, and he said that with the size of the show, and the amount left after the first two shows, the likelihood of any leftovers is almost zero.
