  1. Are the previously released songs new, as in remixed or different versions, or are they exactly the same as the 7 inches?
  2. Damnit. They had none in Denver, but they take them to the UK? Congrats man. I'm definitely jealous.
  3. Sorry guys. Only the standard red here tonight. Sorry if I got anyone's hopes up.
  4. I'm seeing AF on saturday in Denver. In guessing that they might have these for sale, since I don't they sold all 300 in Chicago. I'll post here if they have them and how much they are of anyone is interested.
  5. How was the scene in Denver at Twist and Shout? I decided to go skiing instead since it dumped snow all day, but may stop by on my way back tomorrow.
  6. This is pretty awesome to raise money for a good cause at Strictly Discs. Be the FIRST IN LINE on Record Store Day! Every year, the line outside the shop on the morning of Record Store Day seems to start forming earlier and earlier. We've walked up to see camping chairs, sleeping bags, thermoses full of soup (or something else), and lots of layers. We know there's no stopping the line, so we figured why not turn that rabid dedication into a fund raising opportunity for charity? This year, we'll be collecting donations for one of our favorite local charities, the Second Harvest Food Bank, as we raffle off a guaranteed FIRST spot in the line. A minimum donation of $5 will enter you in a drawing for the catbird seat. The winner will be allowed to enter the store and shop for 10 minutes before we officially open at 7AM. A $5 donation will receive 1 entry, a $10 donation will receive 3 entries, and a $20 donation will receive 7 entries. The best part, with each dollar donated, Second Harvest can purchase 3 meals for those in need within our community. Donations will be accepted up until Friday, April 17 at 5PM; after that we will draw a ticket at random - the winning number will be announced Friday night via our store email and on social media (follow us on Facebook/Twitter/Instagram). Winner must present winning ticket at 6:30AM on Saturday morning. To make a donation, stop by during business hours with cash/check. To find out more about Second Harvest, click here!
  7. What is this blur 7" that everyone keeps talking about? Also, the is the McCartney item just The Family Way LP? If so, how limited will each one be?
  8. Julio, How limited are you on the deluxe. Money is a little tight right now, but I need these to complete my JV collection.
  9. Email Saddle Creek and they'll pay return postage. Same thing happened to me when I pre-ordered AOTY when it was originally released.
  10. Randy's. Graywhale had a few but they were on hold. The high price just pisses me off.
  11. All clear copies are sold out in Denver, so I thought I'd check salt Lake since I'm in town this weekend. One record store had a copy, but were charging $34.99 for it! I'll just get a black copy when I get back home.
  12. Record store day buys nothing back from retailers. They order at their own risk.
  13. I'd be willing to part with my copy. I've only played it a few times. How much are you looking to spend?
  14. It's $7 cheaper for me to buy them individually and then get the media mail option. All the LPs are $77 if you buy them separately. Also, what are the pressing numbers on these?
  15. A lottery is the only fair way to do it. Just because you ordered within minutes doesn't mean you are guaranteed to get one anyways. That is the only way to reduce the probability of the flippers getting a copy. What if a zip code on eBay had multiple orders to their area? Ban them all? Also, it's not hard to fake a zip code on eBay.
