I definetly am against pre orders for people who ordered some other bundle, I do not see the relevance.
Since it's Part 2 of a multi part bundle perhaps.

One of these bundles has to have the City and Colour live album... Crossing my fingers.
I think they recorded the Toronto show at The Molson Amp a few years back, I remember they released a single track and it sounded good.
I'd be VERY stoked if they pushed out the whole show.

So why are the Tea Party stuff so limited and crazy expensive?

Most of this kind of stuff was never pressed outside of the really big names (Blue Rodeo, Tragically Hip, etc).
Cult-level stuff that was pressed usually is pretty rare and expensive to get a hold of (Sloan, Eric's Trip). Thrush Hermit LPs were never pressed but all or most of Joel's post-TH stuff is available on vinyl.
I think some Big Sugar is available
I'd love to see presses of Matthew Good's material, Big Wreck.
All you really need is Anvil - Metal on Metal, though.
Matt good has almost all of his solo stuff pressed
