He's literally the definition of a Corporatist Neoliberal who shares the same agendas and policies that the Billionaire owners of our Corporate Media want to see implemented. During the days leading up to Super Tuesday they media gave him millions of dollars of free campaign advertising on their airwaves in a coordinated effort along with Obama calling Klobuchar and Buttigieg to force them to drop out and endorse Biden.

I mean, this isn't the thread for this conversation and its a super weird thing to bring up, but best I can recall it WAS looked into by the media and as they dug into further, the story fell apart. I don't know if its true or not, but it should have been examined by authorities and the media and it appears to have been. 

 

That being said, the media being in the bag for biden is such horseshit. 1. The media would have loved nothing more for a story like that to be true in terms of eyes and ears on them as that story was dovetailing with the end of the impeachment stuff. 2. Why would the media WANT Biden, who will be normal and boring, as opposed to Trump who has 5 stories about him and his antics a day? 

 

But can liberals be hypocrites? Absolutely . So can conservatives and independents. Basically, everyone can be terrible.  

Also, cancel culture isn't real. Like, its not really a thing. Its a buzzy phrase for when someone fucks up and they lose fans. Literally anyone can come back, it really comes down to if a majority of people think you deserve it. This new album is incredible BTW.

Probably never a reason for a $60 2xLP however Phish constantly puts out some of the highest quality vinyl releases around.

This gimmick of creating “false demand” by only pressing 500 -1000 copies of a vinyl title, when there is a huge demand, is just stupid.  

 

The labels need to stop screwing over the people that actually PURCHASE music, when most people download it for free.

I'm only commenting on their use of limited edition as a marketing ploy tool. Be honest with people in what u say you're gonna sell, how hard is that? Being honest and truthful of people is always the right way to do business.

I'm a big RA fan so this was gonna be purchased regardless but this kind of shit always pisses me off

I definitely think people should stand by their word and it should be Illegal to market things this way to people only to change it after they realize they misread the market. You're right, totally scummy thing to do but your vote is your money and u can vote to stop doing business with people who do this as well, which is what I'll be doing with Rough Trade after this release.

Agreed, mine had two creases, not enough to send it back but still annoying.

Unless the records were damaged I wasn't gonna send it back but I guarantee there will be many picky collectors who bought this from B&N who will not be satisfied with the condition their record jacket arrives in. Either way, packaging is nice, expected much worse for an album slapped together so quickly.

Compared to the B&N one:

Pre-ordered the B&N version and had no idea it was 2xLP until it arrvied yesterday. Nice surprise. FYI, B&N sucks at shipping records, it was a miracle my copy arrived with only a small jacket crease.

+1 Cloisters.  Super pumped.  My favorite piece of art from the Gilded Age show (and I'm a huge Horkey fan FWIW).

World Traveler from The Gilded Age show was my first Esao print and what really got me into his work.

If people don't own World Traveler, I'd highly recommend picking one up. From what I've been told, it ain't too often Esao releases actual screen prints and this one certainly doesn't disappoint.  Took a while for it to sellout on the Thinkspace website so I'm assuming one can be had for a very reasonable price.

1st & 2nd press of the Carnegie Box site is up on his store, along with mad sweaters and shirts.
